Maybe I didnt know how to dine here. Ive had kabab before, but the portions here were huge and the drip coffee came in a massive cup close to a bowl of soup. So, if youre into an indulgent meal knowing take out is the outcome, come with a big crew and this might be perfect. Otherwise, it felt over-the-top to raise the average order and I felt used rather than introduced to flavors of kabab. ?‍♂️

I came out today to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We arrived in time to order brunch and as I was standing to place my order five plates of party wings and ego size waffles were on the counter. In addition they were burnt. I awaited the ceasing of patrons arguing about the level of food quality and service with the primary man and woman of the kitchen. I asked for brunch because my husband’s pallet is simple and he knows what he wants. I was assured that he would receive brunch and after the heated arguments between the staff and the kitchen, I was then advised that the menu was changing and grilled chicken rice and salad would be served. While we are waiting I continue to provide my husbands with neat drinks for o celebrate. Nearly two hours later no food arrives and my husband is now not feeling well. The kitchen brought half burned pita and humus after he was feeling ill. As I follow up on the food request the tell gentleman with the glasses advise that he told the event host that there will be no food. This is not how I anticipated celebrating my husband. Food is important. And the lack of quality and clear communication is unprofessional. Also the risk of safety by allowing someone to purchase alcohol with no intention for providing food. I will be following up with next levels of communication regarding your the safety of this matter and the mere casual response surrounding this matter. Completely unprofessional and I hope that this matter is addressed appropriately.

Great staff. Kabobs were very good. Rice was very good. Tasty appetizers The stews were a bit watery, which is typical of restaurants. They can never make the way homes make the stews. Fresh Zoolbia and Bamber. Ask for dark tea, if you like it dark.Recommended

The quality was terrible, koobideh was very bad, gheymeh stew looked like soup and tasted like it was cooked weeks before and it didn’t have meat in it, the staff were unprofessional and unfriendly. Seems the owner doesn’t care about this place like before anymore.

We were group of 5 at Flame restaurant last Saturday night and had very very very bad experience of this restaurant, quality of food for all of us was Zero , on of us had food poisoning then we transferred her to hospital then other 4 hasn’t finished food then we returned, unfortunately they had very bad service, bad music and program ,charged around $585.00 for it and didn’t work even $50.00 , we will not recommend any peoples to go this restaurant at all because you don’t get anything that you pay for. Everybody should tell other people that do not try this restaurant at all.

I had a good night with my friends is very wonderful Clean Good service Exciting food Strong management and Reasonable prices. I'm glad I chose this place. I suggest everyone to try this wonderful restaurant

VERY bland food. If you like food with flavor this is not the place for you. The service was good but that's about it.

My company just held a salea meeting here. I've never had dinner here and didn't know what to expect. Service was phenomenal! The food even better. The minced beef, steak, chicken kabobs were outstanding. The rice was superb ?. Everyone should try this place. It was very clean, nice decor and simply had an outstanding experience.

Took too long to serve the food even it’s only us in the restaurant. The soup is good and the kabobs is like every Persian restaurant
