A hidden gem! Lamb kebabs were perfectly seasoned and cooked, rich hummus and baba ghannoush, and of course the lovely house made falafels. The space is modest, which is all you need to enjoy food cooked with love
Texture of the falafel was way off. Didn't want to fully waste $14, so I put the meal on the street for a homeless person.
Extremely generous portions and WAY tastier than a well known spot that's near by. We usually get something to go and it's always hot and fresh when we arrive. Pro tip: call ahead to place an order! The owner is so nice and you can tell he loves his creations. 10/10 for food, service, and location!
Amazing food! Don't let the modest storefront fool you, their food is packed with flavor all for unbeatable prices by LA standards. Great customer service too!
This is my first time here and Mike the owner was so nice. God bless this man, his family and his business. He even gave me some extra food when he found out I was working late!
the food is delicious :*!! really nice man awesome service ?
Can’t even eat this! Take a look at the fridge and the register when you walk in. You want those fingers touching your food… gross
Awesome. Super friendly owner, I felt right at home. He even put fries inside the falafel pita, super food.
Talked with the owner and found out this guy has been here waaaay before ktown was even a thing. Crazy to hear stories of what the area was like in the past. The food itself was great, been back a couple of times, just unfortunately the first time there was like a small strip of plastic in the salad area of my box (from packaging it seemed). Wanna support the biz tho, small shops like this that have been around so many years are rare!
AMAZING hidden gem. We love the lula kabob plate. Everything from the rice to the hummus to the side salad is always fresh and delicious. Honest to god the best hummus I’ve ever had. Price is extremely affordable and portions are great. Owner is really nice, too! I have no notes.
