We found this spot just on a whim. So happy we did! The pastrami, roast beef, and turkey sandwich was delicious! My wife had the pastrami and beef burger, which she absolutely loved. After lunch, we hit the bakery to bring home some treats. One thing is for sure, we will definitely be back!

3.5 solid rating I’m leaving. There wasn’t a host, and employees in the general area were too busy to give direction on what to do, where to go, or what to expect. So we edged closer to the areas we saw a tables by which we came to a podium. It was there we were helped and seated. Our waitress was a middle aged woman who was a pleasant one. She greeted us with eyes that smiled. She was informative of the menu and helped us quite quickly. We ordered pastrami sandwich with coleslaw and macaroni salad. And I ordered an egg white feta wrap for he sorts. Chips and guacamole. The food came out hot and ready and was verrryyyyy filling. We had some for take home after. The onions rings were cooked perfect which was a touch crispy. The wrap that I got was solid. Nothing special and nothing bad. My mom said she loved the pastrami and the pickles and mustard offered made that a good dish.Dessert was a carrot cake, brownie, and strawberry shortcake. These were all phenomenal!!!In the future I look forward to trying more items in their menu.

Where I live in Fort Collins, Colorado, there are no Jewish delis. My wonderful wife, who learned to make matzo ball soup for me, let me use up 2 hours prior to our return home to visit Factor's Famous Deli. I was in heaven. I tried a tongue sandwich for the very first time and loved it. The matzo ball soup was exactly what I needed. That authentic version is going to have to last me for a few years. Albert, my traveling companion, also gives it a thumbs up.

This food is amazing I ordered a half of hot corned beef sandwich no bread with potato salad and half Hot brisket sandwich with coleslaw. It’s was my first time here and I did Togo because it was a beautiful day and just to be safe. Let me be clear it was so delicious My dad and I ate it all.The hot brisket was perfectly wrapped and cut the way it’s supposed to be from my dads words not mine. The corned beef is like my Mom used to make me. ( not dry ) Everyone was sweet even though I was a bit overwhelmed. It’s orderly and clearly run I just didn’t know where it all started! There covid 19 guidelines friendly and very sweet ! Support your local business even though I’m not local.

Certainly lives up to it's long established reputation, for delicious deli and '50's decor.

The owner to Factor's is a boisterous nasty overweight women, who treats her customers and staff poorly to say the lest. I ordered tuna, it was swimming in mayo, white fish as dry as can be. I had a few more things to order and the rude counter man didn't ask and put these two items aside. I thought he went to the back to get something 15 minutes later I asked the owner who opened a big mouth to me. Canter's, Nate N Al's here come never again to this awful place.

First time here, Deli staff were awesome, the person that made my coffee was very nice and helpful. However, I cannot say the same the cashier's. She was beyond rude and not helpful at all. I had a simple question regarding one item from the menu and this is how she responded: "everything is written and self explanatory" then she turned and started talking to the other cashier about some party they were planning on going. Their lack of empathy towards customers isn't the greatest, maybe they were having a bad day, maybe not. Regardless no customer should be treated this way.

As someone who lives in a location without an old-time deli and craved authentic Jewish deli food, this place did not disappoint. Between all the takeout food being prepared and the diners, the place was hopping, and I could see the kitchen was running at full steam so wasn’t surprised it took a little longer to get our order in and served, but it was worth the wait. The crispy rye bread crust, the melt in your mouth juicy pastrami, and a giant half portion of the chopped salad were excellent and the perfect amount of food for two to share (our waiter helped on deciding how much to order). I got my pastrami fix and look forward to future visits.

Service was friendly & efficient. I ordered a whole pastrami, machine cut (vs hand cut) with skinny fries (vs thick cut). My fries were cold & needed salt, but since they were cold, it was useless trying to add salt after the fact. Now, I'm not one of those persons that automatically adds salt to their food, but the pastrami was lacking salt as well. The meat was super tender & juicy & the rye bread was soft & fresh, but it was bland. I'm hoping this was a singular event.

Wonderful fresh and delicious deli food. The potato pancakes are especially great. Had the smoked salmon omelette and it was perfect. Great bagels. Fresh squeezed grapefruit juice. And awesome cappuccino. Debbie was an exceptional server. We sat outside on the front patio and enjoyed the sunshine
