Really lovely place. The waitresses were awesome and extremely friendly. I loved the atmosphere and the way tables are arranged. The music was nice and sounded really hard which i oved.Food was fantastic
Excellent endemic Salvadoran dishes although the service can be a little slow, it is excellent. Highly recommend this restaurant if you want to explore good Salvadoran cuisine.
I had the caldo de res and it was delicious! Plenty of other people were ordering it too. Staff is hit ot miss, but overall fairly nice place. The pupusas are the best in East Los Angeles. I'll definitely continue to frequent this establishment.
Definitely a place I recommend trust and believe you'll be licking your fingers I recommend the garlic shrimp And salmon plate with mango and spinach bon appetite
If you craving some PUPUSAS, this is the spot. The PUPUSAS are ???, at the good price. Telling you guys, these PUPUSAS hit the spot.
Be aware! Do not be fooled by those fake 4 stars! This place is BAD!I placed my order over the phone today. The lady that picked up and took my order was super rude and was rushing me the whole time. At the end she took my order and hung up and left me with so many questions about my order. When I got to my house after I picked up my order there was no salsa or curtido for my Pupusa I had ordered. I ordered el Plato típico and one Pupusa and it was about $20!No curtido and salsa for Pupusa and very small amount of food on my Plato típico for $20…seriously? Oh! And a pretty [email protected]&! up service! The name on the receipt reads, Naomy.
This place always hits the spot when I am craving late night pupusas. The waitresses have always been friendly and attentive. We come frequently enough from Whittier just to get our late night pupusa fix (as the ones in Whittier close early). When getting anything with plátanos though, make sure to ask if they are ripe enough, otherwise steer clear, and unripened ones are not sweet and a bit hard. The empanadas are good, and so are the nuegados. The horchata is good, you can really taste the morro seeds.Warning! The weekends (particularly Friday and Saturday nights) they have the party lights and loud music on, to give more of a "baile" vibe. If that bothers you, come on a weeknight, or before the party starts.
La sopa de res y las pupusas que ordenamos estaban deliciosas. y muy buen servicio tambien.
