Delicious! I think most of the fun is the name, but their food is also tasty. Excellent bacon, the egg was great with the salt and chives. The mashed potatoes (potato puree, but I mean... mashed potatoes) could use a bit more seasoning and the bread was a bit stale (tasting would have fixed that). But altogether a great place to grab brunch!
Not bad! I got the Fairfax sandwich, which was quite simple. A bit small of a portion for $8, but a great price compared to the other food stalls at Grand Central Market. The brioche bun was delicious. Love the fluffy custard-like scrambled eggs! Not too cheesy. I think I will go for another sandwich next time to have a bit more complex of a bite. This sandwich needed some bacon or something....The line was luckily short when I came at 1:30 PM on a Sunday. After ordering, I waited about 15 minutes for my order. They have an open kitchen, so it can be a bit fun watching the staff make your food.
One of the best breakfasts I had in Los Angeles!! Wait for the line and get ready for a fantastic journey of their delicious egg recipes… you should definitely try the potato/egg mixture too.Great serviceGreat foodGreat atmosphere
Not gonna lie...this place is good but I feel like its a bit overhyped. This location is in downtown LA and it is a fun and lively spot. Downtown is pretty gross but this food market is so fun and has so many options. The line is always SO long for Eggslut so they must be doing something right. Its definitely worth a try, even though its not a favorite!
Pros - quick breakfast sandwich, good location if near Beverly center. Cons - limited menu, essentially no seating, and the dough was very dry. This place was very hyped up. I found it to be average, at best.
While on a 24 hour layover in LA, my husband and I found this breakfast spot. It was close to our hotel and super convenient. We missed what was a very long line and we really enjoyed our unique breakfast sandwiches! We didn’t try the coddled egg dish but it seemed to be very popular.
Line moves quickly but definitely you should expect to wait in a lineOverall: Delicious ?Love their turkey sausage sandwich and you can ask for ketchup when you pick up your order. The buttermilk biscuit was also good but wouldn’t get again. It was fine to try once. They also don’t have any jams or jellies. The OJ was really fresh!
Well worth the wait both to order and for your food to be prepared. Plenty of bacon on the Bacon, egg and cheese sandwich which exceeded my expectations. The roll is a quiet star of this sandwich with its texture and noticeable flavor.
Really delicious sandwiches - the scrambled eggs were amazingly buttery and soft and I’ve never really considered having them in a sandwich before! As much as I really liked them, I’m not sure if it’s worth the long queues considering they’re pretty small.
Really good cheeseburgers and if not then you can always go with a breakfast egg based sandwich. A variety of ingredients go into the various options on the menu.
