Eataly

We come to Eataly to buy groceries twice a week for years, but today this caucasian woman in her late 20s or early 30s working near the cashiers scolded my son for using too much hand sanitizer. I thought he had broken their most expensive wine or something judging by the angry look on this woman’s face. Her exact words were “stop wasting the hand sanitizer, we have to pay for it”. And walked off. We are definitely not coming back unless we can somehow know that this rude woman doesn’t work there anymore. Nonetheless they need more employee training on not taking your anger out on kids.

Very bad service waited forever to order anything the access to the restaurant is very bad too.Worst place ever very fake

Gorgeous atmosphere. Delicious food. Only complant was it took 40 mins per course. We were there for almost 3.5hrs. Perfect for a special occassion.

Requested a table with a view for a birthday celebration and we were the first there . We had reservations in their notes that stated we wanted a view. We were told to wait until five to be seated which we did but they took other people before us even though we had reservations and we ended up not getting a table with a view.. they gave that to other people and there were other tables available that they said were reserved so I was unhappy about that plus the hostess and seater were unfriendly. Prior to leaving we were trying to take a group picture and the seater asked us to move as they wanted to sit people at a table near us instead of offering to take the picture for us which would’ve taken a second.

Very pleasant in both setting, service and excellent food quality. This is the 4th time we ate at Eataly Terra restaurant this year. Everyone in a different location. But quality is consistent. I will aim to eat at Eataly in every place where there is one.

Usually better… service extremely slow, pasta over cooked and mushy ( surprising for Eataly)… pricey.

Unique location, excellent view, and ambiance. of course, the food & drinks are beyond exciting.

The server was wonderful! We will be back for sure!

Food was great. Host stand was clueless. Really bad.

Delicious grilled vegetables, and my partner enjoyed his pasta. A little on the expensive side but worth it
