Drink was okay. One gal back there is massless and the other is very rude (not to me but to the guy in front of me. She didn’t seem to want to be at work so maybe just a bad day?

Good service from the employees but the smoothie tasted awful, bad recipe, too sweet, overpriced.

I’ve typically loved the items and service at EarthBar locations in LA. Including this location in the past. I came here a month ago to order a smoothie before a flight. First issue- the order was through a screen, when an employee was behind the counter waiting for customers to enter orders. This seemed very inefficient when a human being could capably take an order. It was also a very disconnected customer service experience. Second issue- the quality was not great, most of the banana in the smoothie was frozen solid and not blended, so it was difficult to sip. When I went back, nobody was at the kiosk to fix this. This has honestly decreased my motivation to get another smoothie from this location, when I used to look forward to it. For $11+ per drink, I would expect better.

Cashier asked if I wanted a bag and instead of helping, just handed me a bag, and rung out a customer around me. If I had an extra hand to bag up my own stuff, I would not have needed a bag to begin with. Clueless staff. Oh and $52 for 2.5 salads and a water?! Less than one meal of food combined. If you want salad while you travel I would recommend buying a $3 bag salad from the grocery store, you'll get way more food and it'll taste the same.

Staffing is definitely an issue. Was standing around for 5 min when I had to ask if they were open. Even after responding they wouldn’t turn around and ring up my purchase. I would suggest they automate their shelves so that they don’t need to have more than one person like they currently do. Went somewhere else for food

I wish I looked at the reviews before I went.. I order acia and not really the best but something to put in my stomach. Besides that the customer service was bland and not worth it. the lady that was serving me had an attitude on her face the entire time and kept asking "are you gonna order anything" like wow thats not how you ask a customer what they want or if they are ready. NEVER COME HERE ITS EXPENSIVE WITH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN

I pretty much live at the airport and first off, they ALWAYS have a bad attitude. No matter the time of day. First thing in the morning, midday after coffee, even when they’re closing (usually early). They never have any supplies to make fresh drinks. They make the acai bowls in bulk and give you like half the normal amount any other earthbar gives. And considering they charge more at this location, it’s not worth it. They definitely need new management. Go to the earthbar at equinox down the street before you get to the airport.

There aren’t many clean and healthy options in the Delta terminal at LAX, so I opted for an açaí bowl at Earth Bar. Contrary to what many people think, açaí bowls themselves are loaded with sugar but it seemed like a clean and refreshing choice at the time. The açaí bowl at Earth Bar was decent and best of all I didn’t have to wait too long. There is a sitting area as well where I could plug-in and charge. So no complaints here.
