This was my first time at LAX airport.I needed just one disposable spoon to eat my probiotic yogurt as I suffer from constipation during long flights. I looked around and found this place serving meals. I thought it was ok to ask just one small plastic spoon but I was shocked when a lady serving a meal said that she could give me a spoon only if I order something to eat from there. I felt so bad. I wasn’t treated so rude like this in my entire life. This was my worst experience as a simple person of course I wasn’t their customer. But I think she was very very mean. I could order something to eat there but after that attitude I regretted that I asked even for plastic spoon.
Woke up to find out spring on garage door had snapped. These guys were out quickly, fixed door and we were on our way. We had a great experience with them. Would highly recommend.
This was such a nice surprise to find in the airport!! We love Earls! Pretty packed when we came but the line moved super fast.
Great place to stop by (out of boarding area) and have a delicious sandwich (The Original). Believe me, Tom Bradley is out of options.
Sandwiches are good and big portions. Unfortunately very pricey... But it's to be expedited at the airport. Wish it didn't have to be that way!! I got two sandwiches and shared between two adults and two kids. They hit the spot after 10hrs of flying.
Services and food were minimum quality- the lack of other competitive store makes them provide low services
The trainer in black t-shirt have rude attitude, I ordered with her multiple times never saw a smile on her face, always have kind of attitude, that’s not how customer service works.
The staff members are really, really nice. I’m giving this place three stars because, for a place named “Earl of Sandwich,” the sandwiches are surprisingly limp and lame. I’m not putting that on the staff at all, it’s really just because of the ingredients.You can get better deli sandwiches at mom-and-pop spots all over LA. But, if you’re super early at LAX, there’s nothing that’s really any better. So eat up!

Small Sandwich Shop with a big name.We have snacks and Coffee here after arrival of a family member at the Tom Bradley International Terminal from Dubai UAE on Emirates Air.Good area to spend some time, if waiting for Taxi or to be picked up by somebody else for transporting to LA.Certainly it's made for Departure area passengers mostly.I wish and hope our LAX and other Airports in USA will start to compete with other Foreign ones by adding new futuristic Terminals, Shops and Cosmopolitan Restaurants to them.RZED.
