Never order from here for delivery. 3 out of last 4 deliveries were disasters. Either missing item or completely wrong orders. this last time, I ordered a bagel sandwich and 3 sacks of hash browns. Was delivered an ice coffee! Never again!

Today I order a sourdough sandwich and it was tasteless and cold, it also tasted like plastic, waste of money and weeks before I order an iced coffee which also was the worse iced coffee I've ever tasted. Nobody puts a little effort to their work now a days.

Horrible experience. The security guard was too busy texting on his cell phone to direct customers. And the employees can’t tell you what’s in a breakfast sandwich ! Employee by the name of “Tim” to be specific. Apparently knowing nothing is a qualification to get a job here

This location was super convenient to my hotel. I ordered on the mobile app on my elevator ride out of my room, but hen walked across the street to pick it up and it was already done. I ordered a sausage & egg croissant sandwich with hash browns, and not were hot & tasty. It was a great quick breakfast option before heading to the airport.

Every time I’ve gotten coffee from here it’s been awful. I love Dunkin’ Donuts but this one is absolute trash. Also ordered a hot coffee today and I opened it and there’s a film on the top with oil spots? Definitely a first for me.

Loved the service and the coffee. The wife got the green tea and I got an iced macchiato! then continued our indulgence and split a vanilla sprinkled donut. Yum!

Be careful when you order breakfast sandwiches because this location serves raw/undercooked bacon...I have ordered the same thing from them on numerous occasions and every single time they put raw, pink undercooked bacon on my order. Bacon should be crispy, not chewy and definitely not PINK!!! I tried calling the restaurant to express my concern, but they kept hanging up in my face....Whoever is cooking the bacon in the early morning needs to be retrained or just not allowed to work the grill because clearly they don't know or understand that serving raw/undercooked bacon is a health code violation, but I'm sure the health department would be glad to explain it to them. Next time I will be calling the health department instead of the restaurant. Whoever is in charge you need to fix this immediately.

We are from out of town. My 3 year old had to use the restroom. Although they have a working restroom they refused. They said it was only open in the morning. I asked if they would make an exception for my 3 yrs old and they refused. There were two workers and both of them, with an attitude, refused to let my 3 year old use the restroom. Terrible customer service . They lost a family of customers who were planning on getting smoothies as well. Yuk

The attendant was extremely helpful, especially considering that I'd forgotten how to use my app. Give her a raise!

I asked for my English muffin toasted twice. I got back to my hotel only to find out it wasn’t toasted at all, let alone twice. It shouldn’t be too difficult to read what is on the screen and prepare the order accordingly. I’m visiting and my hotel doesn’t have a toaster, so this incompetence is especially frustrating to me.
