The staff is very kind and I really like ordering hot coffee HAZELNUT and cream. Dunkin Donuts discontinued HAZELNUT? BRING BACK HAZELNUT! thank youOtherwise 5 stars.
This coffee chain serves up basic coffee drinks plus a lot of sweet treats, which we avoid as they do not look all that apetizing.
Unfortunately I don't check the orders until I get home.On the print out it said no cheese when I opened the bag both sandwiches had a lot of cheese on them.It happened before they were closed down a couple o times.I don't know if I'll come to this location again.
Fast service and wonderful chocolate donuts ??
My girlfriend and I were taking a walk in the area when a sugar craving suddenly hit us. Luckily for us, Dunkin' Donuts was right around the corner.We got the iced chai latte and a few donut holes.The iced chai latte was the perfect blend of spiciness and sweetness, but not an overwhelming level of sweetness.We got each of the four donut hole flavors: glazed, blueberry, chocolate, and jelly filled.The blueberry and chocolate flavors tasted more like muffins, which tasted great, but also wasn't what we were expecting from a donut. The jelly filled donut hole definitely wasn't it for me though. Maybe I got a bad batch, but the jelly tasted almost like a cheap lotion and was inedible.
I don’t know how this place has over 4 stars. They mess something up almost every single time I come here. Most times I don’t make a big deal but it’s gotten so bad lately that I have to go back. We ordered two drinks. One iced pink strawberry coconut refresher and one iced matcha with extra matcha. They give us the drinks and the pink refresher is a brown color which is clearly not right and the matcha drink taste like straight almond milk. We have to go back and let them know that it wasn’t made right and the owner is annoyed and clearly doesn’t care. He tells us it’s our fault because we modify our drinks and that’s why they aren’t done right. The only thing that was modified was the extra matcha. But it clearly has no flavor and the pink drink is brown. He starts arguing with us so we have to walk them through how they are made. Not sure why when it’s items on their menu. They give us the drinks correct this time and we tried to show him the difference of the drinks and he just walked away. I have had so many experiences here and they clearly do no care about their customers at all. Try Starbucks or Boba Time. The drinks are done right there every single time. I’m staying away and so should you.
Manager always makes my lattes exactly as ordered, no foam and unsweetened. I appreciate that.
My family and I frequent here several times a week and every single time there is something wrong with our order. The taste consistency with the drinks is always off. I always have to ask for extra flavor in my drinks after they give it to me because it’s filled with mostly milk. And half of the time they put the wrong milk. I ordered food from there once and they gave it to me cold and stale. I always try to give them a break and not make a big deal but it happens way too often.
Ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese to go. I got home and the whole bagel was black. I went back fuming demanding to know why they thought it was okay to serve something completely burnt. The manager said, and I quote “People order it like this.” after he tried to blame it on the machine. All with a straight face. I was stunned. The inability to take any sort of ownership of the mistake is just baffling. All you have to do is say “I’m sorry let me make you another one.” I’ve had DD all my life and have never seen this level of ineptitude.
This is a perfectly fine DD but sometimes it smells really weird inside.
