I had to comment, this is the best sandwich/pyta/shawarma I ever had!!!

The food is always fantastic 5/5. The customer service is super unhelpful & bland, they just stand there and wait for you to order. I never feel welcome when I walk in, and I love this place!!!

Tastes great. Ordered the Lamb Mezzanine Plate. Good quality food, flavorful and well cooked. Three stars due to value for money. The plate is $18 and you get no rice, 2 pieces of lamb about 3oz meat and 2 large farlafalle. If no pita is requested , a rice substitute instead of extra cucumber would be great. And for $18 the lamb portion or meat portions in general on the plates need to come up to 5-6oz to be fair value for take out. Otherwise it’s like you overpaid for a salad with a small amount of meat. Other than the cost factor, great food!! Would recommend.

This place exceeded all expectations. Thoroughly impressed with the level of authenticity and the quality of this food. No dining inside but a few small tables outside. Best meal I’ve had in a very long time.

Honestly, I just had a basic order of falafel and it was delicious. They added a delicious sauce and paired it with fresh dill. The falafel had a great crunch.? Customer service was very uninviting though. Ultimately, we ended up leaving to another restaurant because we weren't greeted nor were we directed to seating. Which they had, despite us asking.

Absolutely delicious falafel hummus plate. best food I had in LA. mint tea was delicious, seating was nice since we were able to snag a table

Insanely good, nice staff, good sized portion, this place is the bomb. Lamb and fried chicken are both delicious

Yeah the place is stupid good. If you want to do anything after than food coma I suggest you split a plate. Saving it for lunch tomorrow isn't an option. You will either share it or eat everything in one sitting. Bonus the dates are a winner

I adore Dune. Fresh, delicious and vibrant Mediterranean food. Way better than any fast casual ought to be. Such a gem here in DTLA.Wish they just had a few more seats to dine in, but you’ll feel extra special if you snag one of the sidewalk tables.Highly recommended.

We loved the falafel sandwiches and the french fries were great. Currently just a few tables outside for dine in options but we got a table no problem! Definitely recommend if you're looking for a delicious falafel and are really hungry as the portions are quite large.
