Cookie ice cream sandwich - 5 ?!Assorted cookies - 5 ?!Walnut brownie - 5 ?!Diddy Riese is an LA icon. I have visited many times over the years. They focus on excellent treats at very reasonable prices. The quality is top notch. Everything is tasty and fresh. Their brownies have also always been one of my favorite brownies. They are in Westwood Village which is next to UCLA and is a fun spot to make a stop.
Best ice cream sandwich I ever tried. The cookies are freshly baked, with many different options to choose. That combined with a pretty tasty icecream, makes it the real deal.
Tasty cookies. I had regular cookies + cheesecake icecream and it was spectacular. Dough is soft, allowing you to bite the whole thing without squishing the icecream out. Each cookie 0.5$, one incecream scoop 3$, then build your own cookie cream for $4!
I think this is one of the best place in LA for delicious cookie and ice cream sandwiches ! Prices are more than affordable but be careful because it tends to be crowded at night, the line can be a bit long so do not be in a hurryThere is a wide choice of cookies, ice cream and brownies that makes you wanna eat it all!The staff is smily, welcoming and patient while indecisive customers like me are trying to choose the best taste association !I would definitely recommend to give it a try!
When I lived in Westwood I came here 2-3times a week.dozen cookies and ice cream sandwiches.it was the best. Came back to find it still here and it's still the same.Great cookies and ice cream sandwiches. All these years to bring back good memories and to know everything is going well.
Hands down best place to get ice cream sandwiches in Los Angeles.I have been coming here the past decade and it never disappoints. Very delicious cookies, ice cream sandwiches, brownies, and Dreyer's ice cream that is SO CHEAP (just 50 cents a cookie)! An ice cream sandwich (2 cookies + heaping scoop of ice cream in the middle) is just $4.00. Prices have increased over the years, but still... so inexpensive! They also have many different shaved ice flavors to choose from, as well as milk, coffee, and water. The line can get really long in the evenings, the summertime and warm days, but today, a Saturday in a mid-60F overcast day in middle of January 2022 there was no line when I went at 2:43pm.Note: MINIMUM $5 ON CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD.It used to be cash-only but nice they have that now!Amazing variety of cookies and ice cream flavors and friendly workers. You definitely should stop by here if you are visiting Westwood Village, UCLA, or West LA. This place is worth the hype.
Had icecream sandwich and sundae. The icecream sandwich was awesome. I would recommend trying their icecream sandwiches.
The perfect place for late night ice cream runs! Went ~10pm and line wasn’t too long and went by fast. Cookies were moist and perfectly sweet. The ice cream is meh. I got cookie dough which just tasted sweet, but will return to try other flavors. I didn’t know that it was Dreyer’s ice cream, so it’s justifiable.
Long wait but worth it. Must visit when in Los Angeles
Delicious cookies at an unbeatable price! We came right at closing time and the workers kindly let us in before closing up. Highly recommended for good dessert on a budget.
