This particular branch of what is a huge franchise is a pleasant experience to say the least.The staff are super friendly and very attentive to returning customers. One even remembered our drinks order from 2 days prior.The menu is a bit limited from memory of previous visits and I don't think it's anywhere as good value for money. This brand of Diner is extremely popular, with the locals occupying most of the seats. If the locals eat there, it has to be above average according to us Brits.
Horrible service! I placed an order at 11 am which included three dishes. A pancake breakfast, French toast slam breakfast and a moons over my hammy. When I received my order, it was one plate of ONLY hash brown, a second plate with a random sandwich I didn’t order and the last plate was the moons over my hammy. Instead of the French toast slam I got a plain sandwich. I was also missing the cinnamon pancakes along with its breakfast. I called the restaurant to let them know. After letting them know, they hung up and didn’t answer any of my further calls. I called once again an hour later and they finally picked up. I was directed to the manager who then told me if I wanted the rest of my order, I had to go pick it up or get a partial refund which is insane given that I got food I didn’t order. I opted for a refund instead but none of this should have happened in the first place. Don’t waste your time and money here. If you can’t handle a certain amount of orders, stop taking them.
The food quality is okay, its open 24 hours that’s good one ☝️
I asked for a cut of t-bone and they gave me a ribeye, as if it were a t-bone, the taste was not good, the meat was extremely dry. The bathroom service had a male client who entered and left the women's bathroom and the staff did not do anything to calm the situation.
I loved the customer service I got from one of the waiters named DeAndre. They were very professional and courteous. They made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it and they were very attentive. I like that in my waiters. I shouldn't have to ask for anything. They see what you need b4 you know you need it. Lol. Shouts out to Dennys on Wilshire.
Abysmal customer service. Waiters are rude and even when the place is NOT busy they take forever to take your order as if they are doing you a favor. Management couldn't care less. It's a shame b/c it didnt use to be like that. If u dont supervise your entitled workers they will ruin your franchise. I am sure there are more people like me that will never come back.
Everything on menu looked good and I know for the fact that the steak and eggs were good and the omelet was cooked to perfection. So if there's a long line at Mama's head over here you'll still have a great breakfast to get your day going.
The food was prepared well and hot ,And the service was great .
Not this one , I went in for BDay " FREE Breakfast " Grand Slam they had no clue what I was talking about I showed them ad on internet plus I dwn loaded Denny App , Still they ( Manager, Supervisor and 2 employees clueless WHF ,, Finally they figured it out BUT WANTED TO CHARGE ME $5.00 AND CHANGE for 1 cup of coffee well there went tip I was going to leave , Get with the program been going over over 15 yrs on my BDay NEVER had any issues....
