AVOID AVOID AVOID. Every single time I come here it's problems.. This time it was a Downright nasty & rude server. I stood at the front desk for 20 minutes waiting to put my order in & had people come & completely cut me off to take care of bills or get seated or whatever. Not one worker stopped & asked if I needed help. Finally, the 3rd time a server approached, I waited until he helped yet another group of people and before he could walk away, asked if he could please take my order, I'd been waiting for 20 minutes. He told me "oh, ya? And your probably gonna wait another 20 minutes!" Un-frikkin-believable!! I said "wow, and you've got an attitude to". He then rudely told me that he didn't have an attitude, that the kitchen was busy (it wasnt). Oh, I'm sorry.. it's not busy for every other person walking in, but was for me. And just because he wanted to cover his tracks doesn't mean he wasn't nasty in the first place. The epitome of LAs horrifically low level of customer service that is considered the norm. One of the few moments I would've enjoyed a little acceptable violence so I could've felt better by smacking the s*'÷t outta that guy....???? but it's a different world. Wooo-saaa
Words cannot even describe the disastrous experience my friend and I had at this restaurant. I myself have been working in the industry for almost 20 years and never ever have I seen employees act like that towards guests. For starters when we came in there was no hostess or no one there to greet us or see us so we set ourselves at which point in time a security guard came up and start cussing us out why a restaurant needs a security guard I don't understand doesn't really make you feel safe when you're trying to eat dinner but he continued to argue and call us degrading names to the point where my friends followed him outside cuz he thought he was going to go fight but the guard was only getting his taser out of his car. After all that shenanigans we were not even greeted by waitress or hostess or waiter we weren't even offered a glass of water and it was a very degrading humiliating experience I believe that anybody that works at that third shift is in the wrong industry check your cameras this happened on I want to say last Thursday but if you don't believe me just watch it for yourself on the cameras it didn't take me too long to figure out why they are acting so crazy I guess the whole the store drug dealer can't even to hook everybody up and they asked a little less crazy some acting more crazy but yeah that restaurants there's nothing serve to be called Denny's it's a fraudulent shammer of a restaurant

American diner that’s open late nights - aka Dennys. I see that there’s a lot of negative reviews on Yelp, but honestly, I don’t get the hate. You’re getting what you expect - cheap food with generous portions that will fill you up after whatever shenanigans you were up to. Came here around midnight after a concert at the Novo/going to no less than 5 other bars and not liking the vibes. IHOP was closed (even thought it’s purported to be 24/7) so I was glad to see that I could get my chocolate chip pancakes fix via Dennys. Our waitress Raven was pleasant and checked in on us throughout the meal. We were seated immediately. Indoor dining only (no outdoor options). You pay at the register after finishing your meal. They got breakfast, lunch, and dinner all day. There’s senior specials (55+). Overall, you can get breakfast at midnight and for cheap - that’s enough for me.
I believe the cashier handled me the best she could. I went with a friend. She did t know how to use the register, but tried her best. So thank you for that.
They delayed my food for almost 45 minutes due to some drama they are dealing with a employee that wouldn't leave after some altercation. Horrible service. The drama started involving the customers, asking me to call the police for them. Never again.

They have beyond burger but none of their breads are vegan so you need to have a lettuce wrap. Even the fries aren't vegan... They charge you the same even if you don't want the fries. And the beyond patty costs 2$ more, which I'm guessing means their "normal" meat is very cheap and low quality. Moreover, we have been waiting for our food for half an hour, it seems they forgot to make our order and started late. The whole experience's just horrible.
Jackie is a great server and so attentive and sweet. Their new menu is superb. Can't wait to try everything!
The food was excellent, and made all other issues irrelevant. But it started out upsetting: see, I haven't seen my family in a while. The dining rules required a Vaccination card. You'll better have one to eat in LA
