I am quite regular customer of Denny's in Dubai. Tried few outlets here and found the same great taste and options. Service is also good.
Traveling through on our way out of the country. Hunger was calling. Why not Denny's. Service was quick. Our server was amazing. Uriel was polite and friendly. Remembered our order to perfection. The food was fresh and still hot. Great place.
It was so nice to have some really well made comfort food. I travel a lot so a place like this really takes the edge off the travel stress.
Horrible experience. Literally could not eat my food and was treated bad as if it was my fault.I went late night/early morning and understandably had patience for the very few staff working that time. My waitress forgot to bring me another drink after my first and only one, but I just brushed it off as she was the only one working.After waiting an hour for my food, I witnessed other patrons who arrived after me be seated and receive their food and great service. I was delivered my meal but was never given utensils to eat the food with. The waitress never returned and continued seating and serving other people until eventually my food was too cold to eat. As soon as I asked for the check for just my drink as I literally could not eat my food, the waitress got an attitude and was rude.Never again. I don’t understand how I could eat a pancake breakfast with no fork, knife, or syrup. Please make it make sense.
It's Denny's. Not a Michelin-starred restaurant. Filling comfort food is prepared predictably and uniformly. Of ypu want creativity, go to the French Laundry.My waitress was one of the most pleasant persons I have ever met. That is worth a star alone.
This place needs to be staffed properly. Got seated quick, but it took nearly 30 minutes to get our drinks and another 30-45 minutes to get our food. It was not the servers fault, I blame management for not staffing properly.
Denny's...what is there to say? This location is just down the street from the airport and gets a good amount of business day and night. The menu is standard American fare and prepared like any other Denny's restaurant. The staff are polite and try their best when it comes to service. The food...well, if you like Denny's and eat here regularly, you'll be happy. It is reasonably decent food, but in my opinion I would opt for somewhere else if given choices. Be aware of your surroundings at night here when out in the lot, there are occasional houseless locals wandering through the parking lot or adjacent sidewalk...many unfortunately with mental health issues.
They take long with your food. I order online and every time I go it's always busy. App says it will be ready in 8-15 mins . I always wait 30mins because I know it gets packed. So after 30 mins I go and it's still not ready yet! They tell me to wait another 10 to 15 and I'm on my break from work ? so now I'm stuck waiting wasting my time on my lunch break
Do yourself a favor go to IHOPI hope you don't have any plans later the day you go. This deny's takes a FOREVER! We waited for 36mis to get coffee and at this point placed an order. And wait another 45mins for food. Sooo pick and choose your battles. We were seated at 5:36am and left the restaurant at 7:14am
Fast , friendly service . 4 stars because they ask for vaccine or covid test.
