Came to location and my order was made incorrectly, when I called they informed me to keep my receipt and come back. I came back the following week and I was asked if I kept my tacos from the week before. I told them no I don’t that was a week ago. I was then informed that I must have eaten them anyway so I paid for what I wanted. When asked to speak to a manager he told me it was too late sorry you went out of town and missed your change for a replacement. Never again.
They frequently mess up the order and the food is cold. I sat in the drive thru for 15min late night, trapped in the line. I won't go here again.
It was great fast and really good time on my way fast plus the food was delicious.
Being someone from New York, we do not have Dell taco here. Actually commented to the drive-through worker about the truth, and his coworker standing nearby reacted for no reason and a very sarcastic and rude manner. With the many locations in Los Angeles, I promise you I will never go back to this location
One of the tamalies was not cooked all the way but one of the chicken was good.
I like this Del Taco when I am in the area. The drive through was quite busy in the afternoon. I think they might be short staffed because of the pandemic. Line went smooth though. All my food was correct and payment went quickly. Employees wore masks.
Terrible service closes at 12 midnight when advertising to be open 24 hours not to mention the rats and roaches I’m calling the health department
Drive thru is slower than molasses in Vermont during winter. Managmet PLEASE GET MORE THAN ONE EMPLOYEE. The female worker(by herself ) was really hustling & doing her best. Then gave our food with a beautiful smile. Keep up the Great Work ? ? ?????She she get a RAISE & EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR.She's got my voteThank You EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR
Typical wanna be Mexican food but that Macho Combo burrito is delicious
I like the New Quesidilla Taco. Just be ready for bubbly guts After eating it.
