Everything was pretty good though a bit pricey overall. My personal favorite was the spicy chicken cheese which had just the right amount of spice. The seafood kimchi pancake was good, surprisingly spicy though it wasn't mentioned in the menu. The beef bulgogi was also good, but pretty much on par with most other places.Definitely a place to go hang out with friends, less so by yourself.
What a super happy place! Great for a spontaneous meal with cool friends.
Let me start by saying the food is great, the service however is awful. I order 3 dishes for the table each one took over 30 minutes to arrive. Every time we ordered something new the waiter would forget and we would have to get up after 30 minutes of waiting and get it our selves.I usually leave a nice tip for good service but even after the bad service I still really enjoyed the food so instead of leaving no tip I left $5. When the waiter saw he was so rude, he said people usually leave bigger tips. I told him the reason for the low tip and he said “never come back here again, I don’t want to see any of you around” I was shocked to be hearing that from an employee at the establishment. Management should have a conversation with all waiters about customer service.
Always have a good time here. The soju Christmas tree really makes me feel like I'm walking into the right place to celebrate and have a good time with my friends over just a few too many drinks. The watermelon soju cocktail is always good. The food is exactly what you'd want to eat when drinking!
Food Was Delish, Good Size Portions.
pretty sure this place discriminates against any other race/ethnicity. had the same server twice, they go by moo. they’re very rude and charged us $10 for lukewarm sink water. they also asked for our id for security purposes but when we asked other people that went, they said they didn’t ask for their id’s and the water was free for them. wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. i’d give it 0 stars if i could
The island, the island, the island! That's all I can say! My goodness soooo delicious well worth the money!
Good environment but the food is okay..The price is slightly on the high side..
Had a delicious birthday dinner here. For dinner I ordered a massive tank of strawberry soju to share with the group and my entree was the spicy chicken cheese! It was fantastic. The soju was not too sweet, yet was deceptively strong for what is essentially korean alcoholic koolaid. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and not too spicy (although some in my group vehemently disagreed). The melted cheese on top really rounded out the savoury flavour of the sizzling plate and I recall sweet onions and peppers, too. One of my favourite things was the quality of the food of course... and many Koreans enjoyed the food with us that day (In other tables)! That's always a good sign.I also liked the attractive outdoor seating during such a beautiful time of year.Enjoy!
Great place to enjoy Korean dishes and drinks while watching the big games on their giant screen. The covered outdoor setting is great for any weather.
