The food was delicious and the customer service was on point. Our servers Kia and David were very polite and provides us all we needed. Applause on such great customer service.

Celebrated my brother's 15th birthday and we had a blast. Reserved our table 1 day before and our table was ready when we arrived! Will decided come back again.
Great service and fun environment.
We arrive to our reservation a few minutes early and are notified that they only have one server for the area. As we look around almost every table is dirty, and the servers are frantic and look like they are at their wits end. We wait for 20 mins and are seated in the sports section. After noticing the lack of servers we decide to order from our phones. After some time a young lady appears and graciously takes out orders. All of our food comes out, some comes out much later than others but overall everyone was pleased. I like the lay out of the Torrance location, but everyone enjoyed themselves!
The problem was lack of staff and the staff to advise about the delay is service. I.e. we only have two servers do you still want to wait instead of us demanding why it was taking so long when several staff were walking around . The manager or senior staffer could have helped

My first Dave and busters experience and it was spectacular. We got the dine and play when it was available.While the food tasted okay, it was just a bit too salty, so we'll only play next time instead of eating here.We got about 500 tokens in total and spent a whole 5 hours there and had a blast. I would 100% recommend the arcade, and the food is good, just not the best.
Great food, and drinks, and games. Little busy on Wednesday night but good overall
Went in with my family fairly early in the day, and the place was almost empty. My kids were able to use all the games they wanted without having to wait in line. This is very convenient and centrally located establishment. There is enough variety in food selection to satisfy kids if you have any. Service is great, and the self-serve card charging station makes it even better.
