My entire experience moving here has been nothing short of amazing, the staff is wonderful, and helpful especially Rachel, and Marwa. In love with my apartment, and the amenities.
Well my first time working here I was greeted by a homeless guy that kept ranting on about the end of world he stopped briefly to say welcome to my house enjoy and dont touch anything I'm like ooooookaaay nice lol
Be prepared for consistant utility issues, it routine to lose gas or to have a plumbing problem.There is no security at all, and no recourse for the noisy neighbors, and they are noisy. The fire alarm is good to go off a few times a week. One of the bedrooms has an air intake that's so loud it's hard to hold a conversation in the room when it's on.There is technically a basketball court but they rent it out to youth leagues most nights so it hardly counts as an amenity. For the price and location you could do worse but should be a last resort.
Don’t go there. I was apply for Ferrante which is same management with Da Vinci. i loved the place so I paid reserve fees for exact unit where I loved as soon as I saw the place. However, they canceled my application without asking me and gave it other person. They told me they gonna open the apartment around April, but getting postponing. Now July. Who knows? It eatables next year. BAD experience with management office.
So far, my experience with Da Vinci Apartments has been superb. I've only been here for a month, but all of their staff are always ready to assist their current/potential tenants. Also, the complex is clean and the management is always on top of the buildings cleanliness.
I tried very hard to stay positive but it’s been so frustrating I had to do this. This is a follow up to my previous review. No follow up from DaVinci to the insect issues for 5 months now and no response to questions on treatment plan. I’ve been logging and fixing the issues on my own. And By hiring outside resources. I’ve lived here for over 5years but the last 9 months the quality and cleanliness of this building and my apt has gone from bad to worse. I used to really love my apt and life here and many ways still do But between the insect issues showing up almost every week or 2 weeks only made worse by the lady manger’s disregard to the actual issue And her treatment of me has affected my living here quite adversely. No follow up or response to my last email for 5 months from RSO. This is no way for anyone to be treated or to live after paying so much in rent. And also helping with report issues I have to send them issues of trash in the hallways or recycle overflowing almost every week the last few months. One of the only good moves the owners GHP have done is to have the Asst Manager Rachel back at Davinci.
I witnessed completely unprofessional and inappropriate attitude towards residents at the DaVinci Apartments. Community managers of this complex use their position to their advantage. They just drove residents out from the public shared space due to the party organized by the Service Manager. No any notifications in advance, proof or confirmation of reservation, just lies, discrimination and threats! They are confident they can behave this way because they are managers.
I was there to meet my son's girlfriend for the 1st time my understanding she just moved into the building over the summer I am a property owner I live in Boston, MA me and my son came through the parking garage so I can't give a honest opinion about the building but from what I can tell from the open courtyard looking over it's very nice buildings and also the balcony a beautiful view but like they say location location is everything so if I have to give an opinion based on just the view and the location especially not too far from the expressway then I would recommend the building
I’ve lived here for 5 years. Just needed to relocate for work. Every time I plan to move I couldn’t find a better place to live in. Great and professional RSO and staff really on top of their game to help residents.
