This is the filthiest Cold Stone I've ever seen. It looks abandoned from the outside. They never have chocolate, any of the 3 variant vanillas, or waffle cones. It's only ever staffed by 1 person. Be prepared to wait at least 30 mins because the lone worker has to do online orders while attending to the long line when it's hot outside. Poor management. For the amount they charge, you'd think they could afford to properly staff the place or at least have the windows cleaned.
Really rude employees, from the look of the reviews everyone is complaining! . Get new staff . Horrible service and impatient !!! Never coming back here again !!!
I love Cold Stone but this location had by far the worst customer service experience. All the flavors weren’t frozen, they only had the most random flavors out and even those were melted. They had roughly only 6 melted flavors like banana, pistachio, cookie dough, chocolate, and sugar free vanilla. The flavors weren’t the issue but the employee who was extremely rude. Nathalie L. was by far the rudest employee I have ever come across, keep in mind I have worked at an ice shop before and have a rough idea of the work norms. I’m a very passive person so it was to my surprize when she was annoyed when I let her know the ice cream scoop she had given was completely melted. She replied “do you want it or not “ in a very inappropriate manner. Kept staring me and down as if there was a personal issue. I had just come out of work while in my work uniform. She could have very likely thought it was okay to treat me the way she did because I was also an employee in fast food as she could not keep her eye away from my work shirt. At the end of the day, I just came in for ice cream so I was content with the melted ice cream I paid for but the customer experience I walked out with was just nasty and horrible.
They don’t deserve even one star. My ice cream was melted, I paid for two waffle cones and only got one, the waffle cone I did get was stale and harder than plastic. Worst of all, I called to let them know and I was hung up on. Close this location down. I’m calling corporate.
This location claims to be open until 10 we just came here at 9:30 at its closed. Lazy workers
i went and ordered a pistachio and never in my life have a i had the worst till i came here, the icecream had chunks and it was slimy and chewy ?i didnt eat much but it made my stomach hurt badly
I placed and online order which stated the order would be ready at 5:18.. I get there at 5:15.. Stand in a long line.. And they can't find my order.. So I present the order number and the girl is STILL LOOKING AT MY PHONE SCREEN asking me for the NAME, when its MY FACE ON THE CONFIRMATION SCREEN..smh.. She started preparing the order when it should've been prepared.. Its NOW 5:40 and I'm STILL STANDING HERE, being told they can't fulfill my order... No Red Velvet Cake.. No Graham Crackers..smh.. This Cold Stone Needs HELP! THEYRE UNDER STAFFED and its a lot on 2 girls! Cold Stone.. As expensive as this ice cream is, the company needs a picker upper... Hire more people.. Its over 18 people in the establishment.. And let alone.. I've been here since 5:15, waiting on ice cream... This is unacceptable!!!Edit: Boy Oh Boy!!! I get home, thinking I'm about to enjoy my ice cream and my order isn't even right.. I specifically told them what i wanted inside... How TF you FORGET THE YELLOW CAKE?!?! The ice cream melted and I live approximately less than 5 minutes away!! I AM LIVID! THIS LOCATION NEEDS A NEW MANAGER AND OR WORKERS... IT UPSETS ME, MY ORDER WASNT INITIALLY DONE.. WHEN IT WAS AN ONLINE ORDER... THEN I HAD TO WAIT AN ADDITIONAL 30 MINUTES, THEN THEY DONT HAVE WHAT I NEED, THEN ONE OF MY ORDERS ARE WRONG?!?!?!????.. GET IT TOGETHER COLD STONE! Staff rudely refused service me because "the Cold Stone Creamery company has a rule of mandatory wearing of a mask in stores", despite the fact that the president, the governor and the CDC lifted all restrictions on vaccinated people. Guess they don't need their business. Whatever, the store is so dirty and not look clean - try ice cream somewhere else.
I walked in at 8:57pm with other people and they served them and they didn't serve us because they said that they only have 3 more minutes to serve them and they were very rude to us. Their hours on Yelp and google said that they close at 10pm and when I said that I drove all the way from Hollywood and it's not fair they serve other people who came at the same time and they don't serve us, they said well we have the right to refuse service to anyone.
