Very nice place on Melrose The ice cream is excellent, however metered parking only and pay your meter because it is a big ticket also do not be in a rush because if it's a hot day it can take up to 30 minutes to complete your order
We arrived there at 10pm on a Thursday night. The place is nearly empty, with three people working behind the counter. The one that took my order was very short tempered and immediately told me it would take 25 minutes for it to be ready. Sounds bizarre for an ice cream place and given the circumstances, but we were already there. I said ok. The menu is extensive but it was uncomfortable trying to ask her anything so I ordered as quick as I could. Fun fact: when you try talking, they can barely hear you through the glass screen they have there.We waited while they cleaned the counters. I guess that was the hold up. We finally get our $10 ice cream and she barely put any toppings. But truly the worst part of it all is that the ice cream was just not good at all. Such a disappointing experience. Definitely not coming back.

Came here on my first night in LA. Honestly was good but I’ve had this before at a cheaper cost and staff were average in terms of friendliness. Would come back but maybe for something smaller.

Under new management...But they haven't worked out their menu and tastes ...They need to figure outI would prefer to have a small size with just one or two rolls and more toppings... They have the idea there but the execution is just not there... They need a good chef to help with creating the menu.
This ice cream is a bundle of joy to experience. The whole vibe of the shop is welcoming. The menu options are great. The staff there are a joy to watch. Great job to the owners for a wonderful experience.

This place is all gimmick. It takes between 10-30 min to get your ice cream after you place your order. The ice cream is mediocre at best; not creamy and delicious the way good ice cream should be, but dry and flaky. Also, way overpriced for what it is.
