According to some friends, Cindy’s has been around for many years. Staff are really friendly and genuine. The food is really good. I had their Smoked Chicken Gumbo and it had a lot of flavor. Their chocolate chip waffles are soft, tender and really delicious. Service is fast, there is always a spot to sit.If you still have room for dessert, do not miss out on their fresh cakes/pies.

Had the deep fried mushrooms and waffle. The tomato syrup was awesome. It sounded weird so I had to try it. The combination of mushrooms, waffle and kale was great!I want to try everything on the menu now no matter how different it sounds

The Ruben Sandwich is very tasty.

I haven't been here in 3 yrs, and I have a feeling I won't be back, the energy from the time we walked in the door was very bad. The hostess seemed very irritated we had special orders, its a restaurant I never seen someone have an attitude because someone asked no onions. The staff was not attentive at all, nobody came to check us. I understand, the current times, however if you want people to support, you need to be more customer service oriented.

I mean it's a cool little spot, but the food was just alright. I had the waffles and they added some gourmet flavor to it which is I'm not a fan of. It's good that I tried this place but I don't think I'll ever go back. Like I'd go to iHop first to get good waffles than this place.

The sweet potato fries and gumbo were great, but I was pretty disappointed with just their basic bacon, egg, and pancake plate. The pancakes taste like cake and I only was able to have a few bites, and the bacon was very dry and hard. The atmosphere is cute though and they had my favorite fries that I’ve had in a while!

Great food, fun atmosphere and wonderful people providing friendly service. Looking forward to going again.

Pleasantly surprised with the food. Fresh, cooked well, not too oily (common problem in most diners) and overall a good balanced flavor.Aside from my lemonade being too overly sweet, this is a very good breakfast experience
