Great atmosphere & friendly and great food
Great atmosphere for the kids. Got five stars because all the games were working and they got a better variety of games than other chuck e cheeses I been to.
I have to admit it's been over a decade since I've been back to a chuck e cheese, and let me share with you my experience. My visit was a little reminder to why I do not frequently visit this establishment. The games are kid friendly, and 80% of them were working. I'm very much surprised. It's clean inside, and the menu has stepped up its game for sure. I would've given them a 5 star if they would reinforce parents not to leave their kids unattended. There were so many kids roaming around without adult supervision. And taking over other guest turns. This was definitely nerve-racking as much as I wanted to understand and be patient; unfortunately, I decided to convince my kids that maybe it's best we revisit on a weekday to avoid this type of situation. Luckily, my kids agreed ?with me, and off we went elsewhere for dinner. My experience may not be the same as yours, and I hope you will get a better experience than I did. Enjoy

11/14/21Girl with glasses in the front counter dropped the ice cream dots on my shoes and didn’t even apologize. All she said was “oops”. I bought two game cards and only was given one then when I asked for the other one I was treated like a liar. I couldn’t even play the basketball games because all the lil kids took the balls out the machine and were playing with them. This place is beyond GHETTO. Our pizza we ordered wasn’t even cut properly so I had to go ask for a butter knife and was given a dirty one(refer to the pic I shared). Whoever the manager is here should definitely be fired. I will be sending my complaint to the health department also.
I was very good for my Granddaughter.She was very tired. She only 1 year old.
1st time back since COVID-19, salad bar not kept readily availableSalad, eggs and dressing empty for over 15 minutes
