You have to take a photo ID and your vaccinations card or proof of it. Had a pleasant experience staff we friendly.Also chuck E. Cheese did come out a lot to play and dance with the kids.
staff is very friendly they were trying out a new pager system tonight but It didn't slow anything down everybody was on top of everything everybody having a pleasant time with their families

We Celebrated My Son's Birthday Today Friday1-8-22 And it was Pretty Awesome He Loved it Big-time the Food PIZZA was Great the Atmosphere was very Calm and Enjoyable... He ran ?♀️and played All that Time we were there 3hrs And I'm Very Happy that we Brought him Here.... ❤ ♥ ❤

Honestly the worst Chuck E. Cheese’s ever. I was there on 01/16/21 I highly recommend you check your tickets because they will scam you. A machine did not give us the full amount tickets I let the employee know and Jonathan a “senior manager” (position he stated) came to “help” instead of helping he made me play the game he also stated “No one has ever won this game” how do you ever even tell a customer that. Definitely felt harassed by him and he didn’t even resolve the issue instead he acted as if I was lying he even had me go to the game and show him how I won the 102 tickets that I was missing. Insane how he treated us as liars I mean dont you guys have cameras. I hope this issue is taken care of and he definitely needs some customer service training because the way he treated me is unacceptable and I will make a complaint to whoever I need to.
It was a very fun trip. My girls had great time, not crowded at all. Most of the games and rides were working except for a few. But that didn't put a damper on the fun. And the pizza was good, a lot better than it used to be.
