All I can say is DAMN!! I went there thinking I wasn't going to like it but either it was Chronis or another burrito from a roach coach. And I didn't regret my decision. I love their food because of there price and portions size. I'll recommend this place for a quick bite. This place doesn't really need a review before you can see it has a loyal clientele.
The only way to for the public to really understand this experience is for them to get their butts down there !!! Every time I bite into their chili cheese dogs all I hear is angels and harp's in my ear !!!
As being not being a LA native I've always heard about this famous hot dog spot and I always wanted to try it out and, let me be the first of many to say this was absolutely fantastic! They're chili is really tasty, you can tell it's not pre made and all their food was fresh to order. Good quality food is hard to find but I was not Disappointed by any means. The customer service was friendly and welcoming. I would tell everyone about this hidden gem ?. If you like good fast and very tasteful food stop by and give it a try!
If you don't know Cronies has been around for a long time. They are known for their chili dogs the chili is a meat based chili which is unique, I've never had it anywhere else. And everything else as far as hot dogs pastrami chili cheese fries everything is good. As far as prices, I wouldn't say it's expensive but it is well worth the money you spend

This treasure in East Los Angeles always delivers a consistent product. Their chili is definitely worth trying. I top my chili dogs with a slice a tomato. Try it and let me know what you think.
Been going here since my grandma was here and take my kids to keep the tradition alive. Same as I remember when I was younger cannot go wrong with chili dog and chili fries. Anything you get is good.

I've been coming here for years and the Hot Dogs and Burgers are still the best. Pastramis fluctuates in quality sometimes the meat is old or bread is dry even after asking for roll to be dipped.Overall this joint for hot dogs rates higher than Pinks.
Yes! Come through Chronis Famous Sandwich Shop. This place lives up to the hype. The hotdogs are delicious and the service is awesome. I got the chili dog with the garlic fries. Everything was fresh and warm. I would recommend this place.
