Seems to be under construction. When done, might be nice again. Food not as good as I remember but chinese chicken salad still terrific. will be back.

Currently remodeling as of May 2022, should be nicer after remodel. Food and service are good
Not worthy of one star!Gave this location another try after a bad experience 2 years ago. Used to frequent this Chin Chins for over twenty years. Went last night and waited 15 minutes before I finally got up and told manager in training Garrett that we had not been acknowledged whatsoever and we were ready to order.Finally David the waiter took our salad order and never returned or looked our way. Apparently Garrett took over and showed concern about our experience. Our soup was barely warm and my orange chicken was not cooked as requested. Sent it back and it came back exactly the same only in a smaller portion. I again told Garrett that my dinner was missing the cashews I requested and there were hardly any onions. The fried rice wad cold and peas still frozen, brown rice was cold too. I asked for caramelized vegetables and each time it came back the same and cold as if nothing was done at all. At this point my son had already completed his meal as I was still waiting for mine. I overheard a woman at the table next to us saying that her cashews were missing also and that she had been going to this location for 30 years and things have declined greatly.Garrett asked if I wanted to send back a third time, I was so frustrated that I just asked for take out boxes. He brought me a plate of raw onions and some cashews. (Picture attached) It was so insulting at this point!! .Perhaps they need more servers. This was a small dining room and the staff couldn't handle it.The carpet is absolutely filthy also! I see the repetitive copy paste response from management, yet nothing improves as others are saying the same.High prices, less quality and quantity.David is an awful server and should not be working in the food, customer service industry!Thank you Garrett for trying, but there is so much improvement needed here.Won't be back!...
The food is amazing here! Especially their Chinese chicken salad and peanut noodles! I 100% recommend eating here!
Service was ok. Asked several times for to go back and finally had to ask on our way out. Chinese chicken salad dressing had way too much ginger than we used to get. Overall We wouldn’t hurry back.
Stopped by for a quick lunch and enjoyed every moment of it! The shrimp chow mein was tasty! All staff were friendly and professional!
Really pleasant dinner tonight. Peanut noodles and spare ribs were delicious. Great portions and the prices were low for Brentwood. Our server Jesse was nice. The place has a chill vibeI’m coming back for sure
We had a last minute catering emergency and the Chin Chin staff stepped in and got us sorted within an hour with a HUGE order delicious food and prompt, impeccable device. I was already a fan of this location for the delicious food and friendly waitstaff, but the fact that the kitchen hustled so hard to have things ready right on time seals the deal. Brentwood is the best Chin Chin ever. Thanks yall!!!
The food was very tasty! The General tso chicken was so good and the pork bao buns were my favorite. Our server Vanessa was very attentive! Will definitely be coming back.
