I had an amazing experience at this particular Chick fil A. The food was fantastic as per usual. The staff who served me, Angel (according to the receipt) was so cheerful and friendly.It was our first time back in the USA after a long time and he was so patient and nice to us, even though we were deliberating for ages. It’s truly because of people like him who really embody the brand, that brings us back again and again.
Went through the drive through. The line was crazy long (almost to the road), but moved very quickly. I had my food in 10 minutes from the time I pulled in and got in the line.

4 stars because I only like 1 thing on the menu and that's the nuggets. I would give them 5 stars if I loved them but I dont. Its clean, the dtivethru is one of the most efficient I have ever seen, friendly staff...but the food is only good, not great
The service that I received today was distasteful. I ordered extra lettuce on a chopped salad. The employee taking the order even repeated it back. I had no reason to think that the order would be wrong. From experience, I always check my order. The ticket on the salad did not reflect that extra lettuce was added. I asked the person in the window and she went to check. No extra lettuce. I told her I would pay for it. I just needed extra lettuce. I was getting the salad for my mom. She did not know how to ring it up so found her team lead, Clayton. He came to window and let me know that I could NOT order a salad with extra lettuce. I informed him that my mom has been ordering this salad with extra lettuce for years. She has actually been ordering it from the actual location that I am currently at. She has ordered it at the La Cienega location. She has ordered it at the Torrance location. All for years. He then proceeded to tell me that wasn’t possible because they would need to pack it in different containers. I explained that they would put it in the same container. He told me that wasn’t possible. So he was basically calling me a liar. He let me know there was no way to input extra lettuce in the computer although I’ve seen it on receipts before. He asked me how they did it. I don’t know, I don’t work at Chick Fil A. This is the worst service I have EVER received at Chick Fil A. I have only 2 bad experiences at Chick Fil A, both at this restaurant. Ive been going to Chick Fil A since I was 8. I’m now 44 years old. This is my favorite fast food. I have poured thousands of dollars into this chain and don’t bat an eye about it. I’m sick with the service I received and will never go to this location again. Clayton could really use some training in customer service and how to problem solve in situations. He may need to go back on the training floor. You have other employees looking up to him and I would not want him as a role model.
Despite the long line at the drive through we got our orders so quickly...it's very well managed. The spicy deluxe burgers were very delicious and juicy. Loved the waffle fries.
Always hits the spot! We got breakfast here, and were pleasantly surprised that it was the same quality as their other items. Keep it up, chick-fil-a.
Great service! The people are so nice to the costumers. And their baked Mac-n-cheese is the best!
I respect this spot! They have unbelievable dishes, they have a rich menu, The gourmet specialist in that spot is very much prepared, I love a great deal eating every one of their dishes. The dishes are reliably great, the assistance towards the clients is useful. I go regularly to this spot and I not even whenever was disillusioned. I enthusiastically suggest it.
