Every time I go to Chick Fila at this location there is always an issue. I order via mobile app and still have to wait 15-20 minutes upon my arrival. The employees do not even care that they are holding up your 30-minute lunch either. The whole point of ordering through the app is to avoid any delays.My last visit will be my final visit. Not even worth the trouble.The crazy part is that I order from Chick Fila super often.
Sometimes they cook for a long time, but VERY tasty!Definitely one of the best fast food restaurants in the USA ????However, what I would add is a large screen that would show the name and status of the cooking of the product for customers, the sound notification does not always work well, plus the staff may not announce the cooking of food, as they are very busy...UPD: Some workers require sun protection, as the sun shines directly into their eyes in the evening and it is very uncomfortable for them to work. Also for some reason they don't have salt and pepper.
Being in close proximity to where I live, I visit this Chick-fil-a pretty frequently. Very rarely is my order ever wrong, cold, or less than advertised. All in all, I like eating food from here. And when I interact with the staff for any reason, I believe them when they tell me that helping me is "my pleasure". I recommend this location, I will continue eating here.

The line was crazy long...but this Is Hollywood 8PM. People just woke up from Friday night partying getting their breakfast to go out clubbing all night. The food is consistently above average. The Original Chicken Sandwich is too salty, yet the Mac 'n Cheese isn't. The Waffle Fries is the best you can get anywhere. The Lemonade tastes authentic. Thank you to the small army doing their best to keep the crazy long line moving.
Really awesome customer service and cleanliness protocols. Even though the seating is outside and more prone to dust and general dirt, we found that the tables were really clean! While we were eating, we saw them cleaning the tables well between customers. Of course the food was really good too, and the customer service was excellent! Definitely one of the better chick-fil-a’s I’ve been to!
Made a mistake on my order sent a manager name Davon out. The two girls were chit chatting out by the window . No one wanted to compensate me for them not putting my juice on order that I paid for

This is by far the WORST Chick-fil-A I've been to. Out of the 5 times we've gone there they ALWAYS mess something up or forget something. Seriously, the McDonald's around here messes up a lot less than these guys. This is the slowest, least consistent, least professional, and least accurate location ever.
Everything was good but for last time when they gave me my food I asked a guy at the window. Did u put spoon and he said yes but he didn't! One star less is for that
