The place was so busy!Considered cheap for full meal. Love their buns and waffle potato fries, chicken was OK.That one staff was very nice. I told him that it was my first Chick-fil-A and he gave me recommendations!Oh and the sauce, never tried something like that before. Not my favorite, but still good :-)
I go about everyday to get my kids breakfast before school, i like how fast the ordering online and picking up inside is.Very clean place, been coming here for a couple years now. When Walter the manager is there he always makes sure my order is on time because, he knows a regular guest when he sees one. He has always made it right when our order has been mixed up, but its very rare, the morning crew is awesome!
Very small with maybe 8 tables. Also, there is no easy way to get to the restaurant from the parking structure as the entry door is blocked off with supplies. They want you to go around the building.This location is very busy at lunch time and usually backed up. There are also NO restrooms available at all.
I would give it 5 stars because I love Chick-fil-A, but this particular location lacked all of the Chick-fil-A hospitality. The food was still tasty & fresh.
Discrimination: My mom went to this location in DTLA, and they were giving roses to people for Valentine's day. She placed her order and had to wait for more than 20 minutes to get her order. She saw that everyone was receiving a rose, even delivery people, and the person giving them out even went after some people who didn't wait long enough to receive their rose. When they called her number, she picked up her food and was waiting for her rose but the person ignored her. She waved at him but he didn't walk over to her. She looked behind the counter and saw that they still had many roses left but they didn't seem to want to give her one. She felt very discriminated since she was the only Hispanic person there and the only one who didn't receive a rose. If Chick-fil-A wants to give out roses, they should give one to everyone, not just to white people. The employee made my mom feel sad on this special day. She normally goes there around once a week, but after this, she won't be shopping at this location anymore.
The parking requires your credit card ? to enter and get out, there is no validation. This location is always packed. If you don't pay attention someone else will take your order.
Can’t even get an order with two item correct. I ordered chicken strips and got some dried up nuggets and soggy fries. Over priced trash. Never again will I give them my money.
I love chick FIL-A! it's so good that I buy every two days.
There's was an event going on close by chick fil aBut they manage to give me my order at a good time didn't have to wait long my food wad still warm when I got home A++
