It located in a weird area in DTLA but it has easy access through the Metro lines. The Red line, blue line, expo line, and purple line all meet here so its not too hard to get here if you have a La Metro pass. The service is fast and friendly. Order ahead of time and click that you are in the restaurant already so you can have your food ready for pick up.
The best chicken burgers everWow ??Definitely top favourite?Full marks
Food was delicious but I have to give 1 star because of the terrible experience at the pick up counter. No clear direction from staff on where to line up, 4 different employees working the counter without communication or delegation of tasks, one employee even gave my food away to the wrong person!! Go to another location if you have the option. This one is full of disorganized teenage employees.
Ashley was superb this morning!!! She made my frosted coffee to perfection. I loved her smile and she honored me. Thank you so much ?I love coming to this location
Spicey chicken sandwich was ok, fries the same. The handmade shakes were the star of the show. My friend got strawberry I got chocolate, both were off the chain!
Great location inside of the Figueroa bldg. This is the first time my Chick-fil-A customer service was not ? good. The biscuits were not soft and I did not get that number 1 customer service. They need a little help from the Germantown,TN chic fila, to show them how great customer service is and good breakfast is prepared. I was shocked! There is definitely room for improvement at he Figueroa Chick-fil-A.
Worst restaurant ever!! When we were waiting to order they were all playing around popped a sauce and got all over my son they didn't apologize or nothing then messed up my order multiple times drinks had no ice just worst experience ever the guy who was cleaning the dining room was the most helpful. Just a shame. I would give it half a star if I could.
Best chicken sandwich ever.Always good and especially the fries are awesome.Decent place to eat and happy with it.
Cashier was polite and helpful with their menu and helping me decide what to order. He unfortunately got my name wrong so I waited a bit longer for my food until I realized that they kept calling a name that wouldn't collect the food.Their food is good, chicken is tender and tasty but a bit overpriced in general. The walk-in service is way lengthy and the menu is way far to view (unless you're a 20/20) then you'll be ok ?. Back to the wait time, it appears this store, like many other establishments, prioritize the on-line & drive-thru ordering and forget that there are live and present folks waiting in line to receive service.**Just to clarify, there is no drive-thru service at this Downtown LA location. There is however, an option to pre-order online for pickup and/or Uber/DD etc..
I ordered 2 regular chicken sandwiches, I got one that was spicy ,I told a employee by the name of Omar, he was sooo rude and dramatic about the situation. I explained to him about 3 different time then told me hold on while I get someone that will try to help me, He was really rude and disrespectful. Drama queen was having a bad day.
