From the moment we sat down the server took such amazing friendly care of us, however once the first course came out we knew we where in for a special night. I was a huge fan of Lucques and I must say chef goin and her team never disappoint.

We went for the Gabrielle Hamilton, "Prune" talk and dinner and boy, it did not disappoint. We had a fabulous server who was attentive and fun without it being too much. Each item off the special menu was incredible and we added a Caldo Verde tomato salad which had a form of crushed corn nuts sprinkled on the top - sensational!!! We sat outside, right on Broadway, but it didn't feel like you were on a Main Street in DTLA that's for sure. We had a fab night - thank you all!

Food was, Really Good, especially for a new restaurant. We split 5 or 6 dishes, and they all were great.
The refreshing Weiser Family Farm’s melon + nectarine salad burst into juice with every delectable bite. Sweet, salty, creamy and cooling, it’s one spectacular summer dish.
This was one of the most fantastic meals we have ever shared. We cannot express enough how wonderful of an experience we had. Thank you Caldo Verde team!
The price fixed Sunday dinner was a big treat. The watermelon & tomato salad was well flavored with a variety of tomatoes that were well matched with the dressing. The fish and lamb course were very well prepared well executed in presentation. The blue corn shortcake dessert had an unusual texture and was also delicious.
