Coffee was so good and very quick!
Absolutely phenomenal! I started drinking coffee in 2020. Caffé Luxxe is in walking distance from home. Little did I realize, I was living close to the greatest coffee shop in LA. Have tried coffee all over the city now and nothing compares to Luxxe. Love the community of Barista and patrons. It is my bar. :-)
A great place to stop and get some coffee. A neat little shopping area in Brentwood. Parking is busy and you may have to wait for a spot. Worth waiting for.

Customer service is definitely lacking. It is a coffee shop after all, there is no need to lack basic courtesies toward others.
This coffee tastes like Heaven
Walked in with a friend of mine who was in town for a major event. What we first noticed was that there was no markings on the ground or rope to help guide customers on where to stand and place an order. NO sign, nothing! So the worker there told us where to stand which really confused us. Keep in mind, we COULD NOT see the menu from where she told us to stand. We felt so guilty for just looking at the menu.. By the time it was time to place our order, the guy up front didn't seem really friendly nor did he have the best customer service. He cut my friend off as she was trying to place her order. Just a bad experience overall. My recommendation is for this coffee shop to invest in ropes, signs, markings, listening to customers that come to spend their money, and having a better flow of traffic. I won't come here again, and will tell people that I know not to waste their time. There are other shops that are better.
