A really solid vegan burger option in Chinatown just north of DTLA. It’s a walk up order at the window kind of place with outdoor seating. This was my first time today so I chose their house cheeseburger and also the brainburner which is their spicy burger. Their homemade patty tastes closer to a Beyond Meat patty versus an Impossible patty, so that all really comes down to preference. The cheese and the bun were very good and between the two burgers I would say the brainburner was my favorite due to the spiciness level and the provolone. The crispy chips also gave it a nice crunch in every bite.Monty’s is still king for vegan burgers in Los Angeles but this is still really great option. It has almost a tempura type of coating to the patty so that may deter some who are Impossible Patty fans like myself.

Why? Why was it so good? I’m ameat lover and I don’t know what they did to that burger, but I would genuinely come here over any other burger place if it was near me.I got the original burger. The chickpea patty was crispy and still had a bite to it, which was great. The cheese was so perfect it was confusing. I am coming back here the second I get a chance.
Ok let me preface by saying I am not vegan and I think the concept of creating vegan food made to pass as other food, in this case burgers, is hilarious and is difficult to please my palate.With that being said... OH MY GOD. This place was delicious. I got the double and my friend got the garlic melt. So much flavor and it didn't taste fake. Definitely didn't taste like beef but that's ok because it was well seasoned and the cheese tasted like cheese. I definitely will come back and try all the other stuff.
Been coming here for awhile and the food is always delicious with great, friendly service. Rave reviews from my family of vegans, vegetarians, and meat-eaters. I love the burgers, but my personal recent favorites have been the nuggets and the weekend burrito.
All vegan burgers, really good, prepare to wait as they kook until u order. Worth the wait. Near China town. Enjoy.
THE BEST meatless Cheeseburger that I’ve ever had. I got the gluten-free bun, and the whole Cheeseburger was GREAT. There is a lot of interesting Chinese architecture to look at and interesting things to look at while walking around.

Super yummy made from scratch vegan burgers!Not only is the food delicious, the overall environment is super chill. I did come here on a Wednesday, so I’m not sure how busy they get on the weekends.I’ll definitely be back when I’m in LA again. This has become a new favorite.
