Service wasn't all that but this review is mostly about the way they push their "cashless" policy so they can charge you for using your debit/credit card. Squeezing every last penny from their customers. There's always going to be a cost for doing business.I have a separate charge on my bank from BWW for using my card. This amount was NOT included in my total. (I took a photo of my receipt.)These tactics are scandalous.

Todo tipo de música , venir con tiempo y sin prisa por que tardan mucho para pasar y más para servir las alitas , pero mientras escuchas música que te gusta y tomas una bien fría

The place here seems to be for the Hispanic. The music with Hispanic and most of customers are Hispanic. :)No complaints about it.But the tacos that i had is too salty and couldn't finish it. Other than that, a decent place as a sports bar.

The worse service I have ever had. They required a credit card to even place our order. Then it took Rooney 30 minutes bring our driink order. He forgot my cousin root beer and didn't bring it until after we got our food. It took another 45 minutes for us to get our food and it was cold and my order was wrong. When I let Rooney know my order was wrong his response was "while that's what I put in". At the end of the night we got the check and I was still being charged for the wrong order. Rooney response to that was it's only a few dollars different. I have never been treated like this when I have gone out, I would never go back to Buffalo Wild Wings on Wilshire

The place was packed because of the Super Bowl. Our order took awhile for take out but I think if your gonna eat here it's better to dine in and enjoy the atmosphere. Our wings were overcooked and crunchy.

excelente lugar para disfrutar alitas y cerveza

Bad customer service, management sucks, get better people to manage your store because they making your store look bad. Very unprofessional and rude. Food is given dry, like its been sitting for a while. I come weekly and there's an issue with my order all the time. This is the closest one but um going to have to find another location cause Wilshire store overall experience is a total fail from customer service to the food.

We come here all the time, but today was not our day. We ordered drinks and then asked to order food and our waiter said let me get your drinks first. I hate calling waiters, but we had to call him many times. We were the only group on his section and he still took long. When a couple came in, they got their drinks and food right away. I’m sorry bdubs, I love your wings, but service no bueno.

Paid $30 for 6 traditional and 6 boneless which was also included with fries. When we opened the box, it was i credibly disappointing. There were a couple of fries and the chicken was pretty dry.

Didn't believe my service animal was a real service animal even with my badge waitress did not even come to see me she said the security guard
