Loved the food. Butter chicken and Lamb Biriyani tasted great, recommend both. Will return here for more.
Everything was fantastic!! The owner is kind and humble and puts so much into his food and hospitality. This Indian was by far the tastiest I have had. We got the lamb shank curry, butter chicken, and garlic naan. We then tasted a samosa and rice pudding for dessert. The portions are huge!! I didn't think we would finish, but it was so good that we managed to eat it all! Must try when visiting Koreatown or the new location downtown.
It’s one of our favorite Indian/south Asian food restaurant. And I’m so glad they get survived during Covid. The business is very good. We came in quite late around 9:30pm and they had many customers having the dinners and also some takeaways. Waiting time is not too bad. 10-15mins, you can get your meal. No particular service, more like self service. So just feel free to take care of yourself. We ordered biriyani, lamb curry with naan and mango lassi. The naan is super fresh and delicious. You have to try it. They make it after you order to make sure it’s fresh. And biriyani is the best one. If you have Covid health measure issue, they also have the tables outside of the restaurant.
The truth is most Americans haven’t had and don’t know what truly great food is in this country. There are very few exceptions, and THIS place is one of them. There’s a reason it runs as well as it does and gets so many customers, and its worth the wait, The food is probably the best casual spot in all of LA, hands down.
ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! I’m not one to usually write reviews but I just finished the lamb curry with rice and naan… OMG! So so so good. I’m going to order more for dinner tonight! And the guy at the front is such a sweet, nice man! I was very late to pick up my to go order and he didn’t give me any hassle and my food was still very warm and fresh! I couldn’t recommend this place more. Please go and show this small business some love, you won’t regret it! ?
Although not a Bangladeshi restaurant, this place had the best biriyani and the best kabobs in all of little Bangladesh. Food is excellent and the gentlemen is very through on what comes in each dish. Its pricey, but well worth it!
The food was a bit pricey though I liked the Tekka chicken that I ordered it was fabulous honestly and the Biriyanin was surprisingly normal I thought it was going to be something special. The kebab was good and definitely recommend it. The overall experience of this restaurant was good.
Food was good and the prices are reasonable.
Chicken tikka Marsala, mixed grill and garlic naan were all good. Good size portion and fast service.
Total hole in the wall joint. thought I arrived at the wrong place at first. Amazing food! Totally satisfied!
