This place is a spot to go to. The customer service and experience was wonderful. It may be a hole in the wall but has a great location. The food the drinks the ambiance the DJ and staff are overly exceeding with how they give their customers a great experience.Even the manager Jonnell assisted our party with packing up and unpacking for the event we gave. I didn't even know he was the manager by the way he involved himself with his staff. Wonderful just wonderful!!
JOHN, who is manger or head security, I’m sorry I don’t remember his job position at Berkshire, but this man deserves a raise or something! He showed such amazing great customer service and is beyond professional. John went out of his way to help accommodate my girlfriends and I. Literally best service I’ve ever received from a bar/club. He seriously is so respectful, well mannered, thoughtful, and genuine. Thank you John for a great night! And I love the “Responses From The Owner” on google reviews. Very professional! Thank you! For every simple drink I got at the bar ( Not table service ) I got charged an obligatory 20% tip PLUS a service charge.So basically I was paying almost 20 bucks for an average tequila with soda.Also they had a 10 dollar per shot promo, but what's the point if with all those extra charges I ended up paying 17 bucks for the shot.This is a sports bar not the bar at some fancy hotel.
Who would have thought it?!? It's like a billiards hall but with ping long tables instead of pool tables.Super spacious, great location, and perfect for team outings or corporate events.The slow cooked beef plate was amazing. Lots of options to nibble on. This place is busy!!! At least on the Monday night we went to it.
Who knew that this place would turn out to be the solution to some of my problems lol. Instead of getting hammered at other types of venues, I would rather come here and play ping pong sober (buzzed at most, but preferably sober because I need my motor skills in tact and all the mental focus I can muster given my mediocre ping pong abilities). It's pricey to play, so it's not as easy to rally friends... but the steep prices do work to my advantage as well because I'll call it a night earlier. Love that I live and work close to this place.
This star is solely for the bouncer. I noticed him picking and choosing who he would let in for free. I was told there was a $20 cover charge. I thought to myself, "isn't this a bar?" I didn't mind because I noticed there was a guest singing inside. Beautiful voice might I add. I stepped aside to discuss the charge with my party, we witnessed the bouncer letting in a few people he knew. We didn't have cash so the bouncer offered his Cash App info. Figured he must be pocketing the money because he's not charging everyone an entry fee. That's when we decided to leave. I won't be back.
Visited here when I landed in LA as it was the closest place to where I was staying and after an 11 1/2 hour flight, I needed a beer. Staff were very friendly and the beer selection was good. I spent most of my evenings here and managed to get a seat at the bar for the Super Bowl on the Sunday. I would definitely come back here when I am in LA again
We had reservations this past Sunday for Superbowl so we could eat, drink and watch the game. We even received confirmation of our reservation the day before. We arrived and they were telling us they are only honoring reservations with bottle service. Horrible establishment that would do that to customers on day of Superbowl and limited places to go watch the game. They should not accept reservations if they were not going to homor them and should personally call and explain their policy. HORRIBLE!!
Great Place... For Pizza, a Nice Drink, Date Spot... Cool for any event... Always Clean, Great Service and a Cool Diverse Crowd... All life's Matter Kind of Place...
