Firstly food is a solid 4.5The bigger problem is the lack of service and the horrible condition the restaurant is in.Bathroom doors that don't have a door knob! so literally anyone can just walk in on you...to get there who have to go through the run down furniture they have there. Paid about $75 for 2 people and I tipped even though the service was bad, not because of rude staff but just service lacking. Would recommend getting it to go and eating at home.

Had Rose Ddeok Bokki with Cheese in dine-in; never had rice cake this good! Service was fast. Environment was clean and plesant.

The KFC (Korean Fried Chicken) here is delish! The chicken is double-fried crispy and the marinades are all tasty. I highly recommend trying some of the pickled radish with your order. The spicy galbi flavored chicken (ONLY AVAIL WITH BONELESS) is def one to try out as it's a nod to the Korean movie 'Extreme Job' which is hilarious. This flavor has been all the craze in Korea after the movie and a big hit. This KFC SPOT is one of the only BBQ chicken restaurants in Ktown that makes it.***SOMETHING TO NOTE***All chicken is MADE TO ORDER so it takes at least 30 minutes MINIMUM (up to an hour or longer when they are busy) for your food to be ready. So phone your order in advance to avoid the wait.I usually get corn cheese or sweet potato fries if I have a carb craving on the side, or you can't go wrong with their ddeok bukki (spicy rice cake) either.- Golden original plain double fried crispy goodness.- Mild Spicy is very mild, I usually go for their secret spicy as it has more kick and flavor.- Hot spicy isn't regret-it-the-next-day level, but it does linger for a bit.- Honey / Soy garlic are both great but I prefer soy garlic. They are slightly sweet but the soy has a nice twang. My ONLY complaint about this spot is that they are always understaffed. Management really needs to add to their front desk during peak hours because it's really hard to get an order in over the phone sometimes while the one person is taking in-store orders and packing food.Valet parking is provided for dine in but it can get very busy during weekends or peak nights. Parking is free for pickup orders.

Menus has changed since I last visited and it’s not for the best. -This place is NOT what it used to be. Fries tasted like undercooked lard and the chicken had a lot of fat. $50 for an unpleasant meal. Never again.

I waited over 20 minutes pasted the original 25 min wait time and it still came out cold!!!!People in the back walking around with no masks and eating while cooking. The girl just handled money, took a call on her cell phone and walked back and finished packing my food without washing her hands… no hair net and her hair is wild. Wow. This place used to be good

We arrived 5 min before opening with no wait. The manager/server arrives minutes after and immediately states it would take 30+ min to prepare any order. As the only staff available, shouldn't you be there early to prep?

-Taste 10/10 (one of the best Korean BBQ chicken places)-Quantity 9/10 (Good)-Waiting time 5/10 (this is probably the only reason why I am not giving 5 stars)-Customer care 6/10 (this place is always busy so I guess my expectation is low)-Location 8/10 (has parking lots)

Always great tasting chicken and roast vegetables at very reasonable prices. Best chicken shop in the area. Owner is a top bloke. Go check it out!

The fried chicken is amazing

Food was good, took a while for takeout. Service could have been better from cashier.
