We just love Baskin-Robbins. It is always great. This one located on Western has very nice service and it is not usually too crowded.Like all B&R they have 31 flavors from which to choose, we have not tried them all. They have some great chocolate offerings. My favorite is World Class Chocolate. My grandson likes the sweeter ones, like bubble gum and rainbow. All of it is good.You can also order cakes there and you can have one made the way you want, that takes a couple of days or you can pick from the good selection they have there and they will write on it for you.They also have dairy free ice cream now. I have not tried it.Parking is easy on the street or the lot.Have fun.

I have never left a bad review any where ever bc I always thought it was pretentious, but I just left this baskin Robbins really upset. I almost cried. I manage a sandwich shop in noho and I also wait tables at a comedy club I know how to give people excellent service. With managing I want to do whatever it takes to make a dissatisfied customer leave my store happy wanting to return on another day knowing they are gonna be treated well. That did not happen here today. I live a 5 min walk away from this store past by it every day. Multiple times a day. I will not return. I'll get ice cream 100 miles away then ever go here again. So here's what happened I ordered one scoop of their flavor of the month strawberry streusel. It wasnt to my liking. I wish I could have tried it first, but covid. When I went back inside 1 min later I asked if I may exchange it for vanilla because I knew it was a sure bet that I would like it and she said that I could not exchange it because I had left the store and I had eaten one bite of it and I said that I'm not allowed to eat it in the store bc of covid and that I just stepped outside for 30 seconds and could i please just get vanilla Because I knew I'd like it. She would not said she isn't allowed to bc of covid which makes no sense. The same people that were inside when I had ordered were still inside ordering. I felt bad asking in the first place bc they were busy and obviously working hard. I know what that's like, but I paid almost 4 bucks for a scoop of ice cream I'd like to at least enjoy it. It would have taken them 2 mins to fix the situation and gain a regular customer. Instead they made me feel horrible when I just wanted to enjoy one of my favorite things.

BAD ice cream place with the friendliest staff. I go there every week. If you're ever in town or around the area, make sure to check this place out. Must try the creamy rose water ice cream...it's AMAZING!
