I love the cake they did but at least work on customer service and don't shame someone my partner went to pick up my cake and yes I love the flavor and taste just be respectful and don't judge and keep it to themselves just don't say it someone face ?????

Okay experience, rating 3 stars only because the two employees that were currently there weren't nice, no smile, no happy personality and at a point one of them told someone "keep your mask on" (their mask was accidently sliding off) instead if saying "please keep your mask on". Hopefully the manager talks to the employees about how important customer service is and making sure to greet and smile at all times.5/23 @6pm
Service is always good. Store is keeping there distance and only three customers at a time in the store. Could be a little more clean for sure

I love ice cream more than life itself, and this place is one of the best ice cream joints in town. They have such an awesome history too. I believe they opened one up in Pasadena. This is a must-try for ice cream connoisseurs.
