We stopped in for an afternoon beer on a hot day and they have Pliny the Elder on tap! Cool art space that’s been around for a while! Dogs welcome on the patio and there’s cool ac inside. Next time lunch for sure!
6/11 - Mr Morales, with all due respect, I never 'yelled' at anyone. I was respectful to your staff, I even advised your staff that I would quietly leave before being served. It was the gentleman (staff) that wanted to escalate. I used to spend a few days a month at your establishment, bringing in friends and coworkers. Please review your tapes again, and observe my engagement with your staff, I even shook hands with the man, then had my one beer and quietly left. As for a "slammed" Friday, if they can serve between 2-3 groups in front while I was patiently waiting then there is an opportunity to optimize the flow. If you have time, review the start of the video where you'll notice a group of 3 women behind me. They were letting me know it was my turn, as they noticed I wasn't being served by your bartender. I'm not here to speak ill of your establishment, just letting you know my experience as a patron. May your business thrive in a post pandemic world, sir.6/10I used to be a big fan of this place. That time has come to a sudden end. I wish them well.PS: the whitest place in LA. Lacks diversity and attitude towards brownies is very telling. I pray it changes as I loved it once.
It was a cool happening restaurant unfortunately due to covid its closed for good... rumors of new owners reopening soon... we shall see
After we visited the broad, we we're hungry so we came here on Sunday afternoon. We got lucky with finding a parking space right away when I turned into the plaza. Parking is a little intense. I heard there's parking lot behind the building.
From the front, this building doesn't look so inviting. However, if you walk to the back, it is so cute and welcoming! There's a patio as well as a indoor/outdoor bar! It is a great atmosphere for a sunny or even rainy day! We didn't eat here, but we did get a beer flight and it was definitely THE best alcohol purchase on the entire trip! Good atmosphere, good beer =. We didn't interact with much of the wait staff, so I cannot comment there. It's not the fanciest place, but on a nice day if you want a few good beers and a chill time, it's perfect!
First time coming here. Saw it in Facebook and saw it was 20 minutes with traffic but well worth it. I will definitely come here many more times. Trying to find parking within complex may be little difficult but you can always Uber. After placing order, food is ready almost immediately.
From the first moment you come to that restaurant they give you a nice feeling. Very warm stuff, it is a friendly restaurant to hang out with friends and colleagues or with your date. Great meals, qualified chef, decent price and professional service. Warmly recommended.
Most recently for a flight, I tried their Heyday Modern IPA, the Roadie Grapefruit Radler, and something amazing with guava I think called "Gose" and might've had a longer name involving "Mama" and "college..." insert the confused emoji here.
Love this place. Great atmosphere. Solid base menu and good specials. Hoping they get The Impossible Burger back. Artsy crowd.
