Dishonest! We paid 2 beers (ordered a pint, served a large $13 glass instead, first sign) by card and once the payment was settled they took $7 more (21% of the bill) than the final bill!Service was super slow too, and not very friendly. Avoid or pay by cash if you have nowhere else better to go (but avoid for your own sake!)

They serve a local craft beer in a large 20oz glass and I was asked if I wanted to add a shot of whiskey for $6 (a boilermaker) and since I was stuck in LAX for 5 hours I thought I might as well, so I got some Buffalo Trace. The bartenders were nice and took my order without making me use a tablet and ran a tab without asking for a card in advance. The burgers are cooked to order and I enjoyed my food. Sitting at the bar I was able to have a good conversation so it made my layover more bearable.

I needed to kill time so I came here. Best of all the other options. They were short staffed so I was rushed through but she was nice. Food was ok. Not a ton of options. When I first went I asked to be seated instead of taking me name or info they said come back in 20. Weird but I had time to kill so I wasn't too mad. If I were I would not come here. Most people are at the airport. When I came back I was at the end of the new people waiting...

Worst ever. Long wait time. And the steak was so fking cold and over cooked. One piece is nearly all black and tastes bitter. Ima get cancer because of this meal. The most delicious food is the pepper and salt on table!

Food is good, Not bad prices and service is excellent would definitely recommend this place. I eat here every weekend with my family, No complaints so far.

The chicken sandwich they serve here should be considered a war crime. It is beyond dry to the point that it's almost inedible even with the amount of presumably pre-packaged aioli sauce they give you for it. If you're considering eating here, do yourself a favor, and plan on eating the little pack of three pretzels that you United will probably give you on your flight. It will be just as appetizing.

Decent for airport food standards. I don't know why the only restaurants they have in Terminal 7/United is burger joints, but at least this one is the best out of them all. I ordered the wrap and my husband got a chicken sandwich. They were decent and filling. The alcoholic drinks were okay - bloody mary and a mimosa. They upsell you on the fresh-squeezed orange juice so I just ordered a regular, and I think they still put in fresh-squeezed orange juice. Don't fall for the more expensive one!

Fast service! Had a great time, my server was a short African-American woman with round-rimmed glasses - made my trip go from stressful to laid back. Even though it was busy, staff seemed not to be in the weeds but on top of everything. Great work BGrill!

The worst restaurant experience in my life. I do not recommend this anyone, very expensive, service sucked, no communication, if i could rate it -5 stars i would. Please do not waste your time in this lame joint.

It was faster to get to LAX in public transportation and go through TSA than go through a 30 minute line (which was about 10 people in front of me only) and wait for my order 35 minutes for two pancakes and an orange juice. Worst place to order to go for sure
