This place saved us as a family with kids looking for an authentic LA burger experience with a drive thru and in Hollywood. Just as good if not better than Whataburger and the others but it is a local institution and not some big chain. And they make amazing onion rings. Just remember to ask for salt as our fries and rings were not salted but we think it may be intentional.
I ordered their food gave me the incorrect order and then on top of that they tried to make me pay for the difference of the other meal. I didn’t even touch it that mistake is on their end not mine. Service is horrid but they only cater to entertainment industry people so if you’re not a regular they practically tell you to screw off.
Food is okay....I don't like that when you order through the drive-thru they no longer give bags to carry your items in. If you need some quick breakfast this is a decent spot to stop at and they are usually pretty quick to get the orders out so there is never a long wait.
The burgers here are pretty amazing and the service is one of a kind. They have a great menu and I've been eating Astro Burgers since I was a kid.
First of all I would like to say, I'm sorry for not coming back all the time, but it so far from my house. That being said, if I lived closer I would be there all the time! Kirks is definitely my favorite burger place of all time. The meat is fresh, flavorful and juicy. The cheese choices are wonderful, and the sides are out of this world! The milk shakes are wonderful too. I also love that all there burgers are naked so you can dress them your self, and there condiments selection isn't super crazy, but it is definitely compliments there style, simple yet delicious
If you're craving that ultimate outdoor bar b q char/steak burger indoors this is where to go. You can't beat it. Oh and be sure to add a pineapple shake to your order!
This place is underrated, at least judging by my one visit-- this is a perfect execution on the old-school burger joint it presents as. Had a bbq burger, sweet potato fries, onion rings, and a beer (pitchers available); burger was cooked perfectly on a good bun, rings and fries were hot and crispy. Half a star docked for limited beer selection (and very slightly flat beer), but not enough to knock it down a peg. Way underrated!
We needed a grab a bite and stopped by here for dinner. Ive been wanting to stop here, well I'm a bit bias from the name itself...We ordered on their website and the order was about 5 minutes after it was promised but prefer it to be fresh and a few minutes late. I ordered the Big Kirk burger and it was huge! A little more on the medium rare side (though I selected medium) though it was a really great burger. We also order a large fries and onion rings. Both more than enough to share with four adults. We also ordered a strawberry milkshake. They forgot to give this to us so we needed to go back to get it. The food was good and I would recommend this place.
This place cooks with a sense of using Fris viewing fresh oil fresh fresh fries and meat, comma also the service is good
Our number 1 favorite burger joint and the staff is amazing!
