Just off the charts food. May be the best Italian meal Iâve had in years. When Olivetosâs in Oakland was thought to be the best Italian restaurant in the US, under Paul Bertolli we were regulars. The meal here reminded me of the best Italian meals Iâve eaten. A must in LA
Have not been there in a while. Used to be all Italian waiters; loud, funny, part of the ambience. No longer. Wait staff is SUPERB. Attentive, polite, terrific. But the tone is different if you know the past. Food always excellent, altho the Fegatini (chicken livers) were a but overcooked. But will definitely be back soon.
