I had visited this Alchemist Coffee Project location a couple of times and the experiences were a bit different. The first time I got a delicious and beautiful cappuccino, and the second time a Duo Latte (latte + milk tea) that is syrupy in flavor and sloppy in presentation. Neither of the times the service was very warm.The store is decorated in a weird, old-fashioned style with dated artifacts to reflect an alchemist's work. It simply doesn't work as a coffee shop. I think the Pearl shop has a much better vibe. With so many coffee shops in Koreatown, I don't feel looking forward to going back to this Alchemist location soon.
Great coffee spot in K-town to hang out. If you like matcha, I recommend their Lavender Matcha Latte. So good! Great customer service and vibes all around. Definitely check this place out!
Food and service was okay. The stars is for the theme. They were out of a lot of things. I think the recommended drinks were over hyped and that made me set my expectations too high.
I went there and neither I got a ceramic cup nor latte art. Plus they only serve disposable tableware, which isn’t forward-looking. Quite pricy too. At least the cap tasted good.
Best matcha latte I've ever had! Also got the kimchi avocado toast which was surprisingly really good.
The aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans fills the air as you walk up to their store. The coffee tastes so great and is served in such a cozy place. Their staff was easy to approached and they offer an experience like no other!
Excellent coffee. Friendly service. Interesting selection of pastries. They’d love it if you wore a face mask.
Alchemist Coffee Project is a spacious coffeeshop with ample room for studying and chatting. Decor was nice, but it didn't strike me as anything unique. Great location, parking was easy at the Schoolhouse Parking Lot (free 1.5 hours), and food was pretty good. I tried the Chorizo Hash, which was a great portion size and tasty . I liked the size of their to-stay iced latte cup, and I'll be back to try their cappuccinos that everyone talks about. Thanks CV.
Great brew, good music & dope staff. I recommend the strawberry croissant! Egg Bat sandwich was delicious. Duo latte definitely packed a punch ??
Excellent little place conveniently located in the corner and with lots of street parking, as well as structured parking across the street (free 60 mins). Their coffee was delicious and their avocado toast was just right. The only issue I have is that they only have one size cups and I'm a coffee drinker, I would appreciate a larger choice.
