I ordered on Grubhub, so I can't talk about the experience in the restaurant. The waffles had so much sugar crusted on them that it made my stomach start hurting within a few bites. I couldn't even eat the waffles. The fried chicken was overcooked, almost burnt, and the breading tasted stale in some parts. This food was NOT good. I couldn't eat the waffles or the breading on the chicken. The sauces for the chicken were VERY vinegary, which is not really my taste so I only ate a little bit of that too. I only ate the chicken and a little bit of the sauces. I would not order chicken and waffles here again. For the price, I could have gotten 2 waffles at Roscoe's instead of 1 and gravy on the chicken. I hope this place gets better because I would like some good chicken and waffles in this area, but based on that order, I'm much better off driving 15 min to Roscoe's.
Wow is this place expensive on it's banana pudding. The sandwich was ok with fries. Fries weren't bad pickles were good too. When you have 2-3oz of banana pudding with a chunk of bread and some slices of banana in the bottom of a cup maybe a tablespoon tiny bit of cream on top for 8.00 it just brings the whole thing down. They needed to change the oil they fried their Chernobyl chicken strips in. The bun was greasy everything but the fries were greasy. I'll wait awhile and try again I don't want my review to be affected by this experience.
I was impressed with the hot chicken tenders. Al's white sauce did a great job cutting the heat. I felt the quality of the tendies was high, the breading delicious and just right. I'll be coming back when I'm in the neighborhood.
Best hot chicken in town. All the other places I've tried have dry or not particularly spicy chicken. Al's chicken is juicy and spicy with nice THICK breading full of flavor.
Best Nashville chicken ever! Their Mac & cheese is yummy! The owner greets you with a very big smile and the workers are very professional! This will be my go to place for hot chicken!

Chicken is well cooked with solid spice. Sides are good as well. In my opinion better flavor and value than Dave's and Hotville

I notice that 1 out of 3 employees were wearing gloves. The food was extra greasy and very salty. The restaurant has An A Grade but I noticed allot of dirt and dust in restroom and dining area. Also employees was eating behind the counter with hands as the other prepped food. Disgusting
The food tastes great but the guy at the service counter. I don’t even know where to start. Let’s just say he hates his life so much he takes great pleasure in making you hate yours!
