This is not like any of the fast Pizza places where they can cook your pizza quickly and get you to the plane in time. The bottom crust was soggy and burned at the same time... How does that work??? We had to throw away $67 worth of pizza just to be able to make the plane in time because they took so long to cook the pizza. 800 degrees? More like 350 degrees....
Worst customer service ever , don’t understand why people work somewhere they’re miserable at.. pizza was great but just the woman’s attitude alone ruined it for me ..
The middle of my first pizza was cold. Took forever to get another one and wasn't much better.
Worst customer service and takes much longer that what they promised. It took 1 hr longer than expected and almost missed my flight. Cashier and staff was rude and they were not able to handle orders correctly.Order only if you have more than 2 hrs wait... even the wait is not worth the taste or the stress of missing an international flight.
Great pizza and awesome Customer service the best pizza place in the airport❤️
I ordered a veggie pizza, which comes with olives cherry tomatoes, and mushrooms. It was remarkably tasty. The sauce was really nice, as was the dough. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the ingredients and the overall eating experience. The pizza was somewhat pricey at $14.15, but that kinda comes with the territory. That said, however, the pizza was somewhere between a standard small and medium in size, which is unusually big for a personal pizza. The staff was chill and straight to the point. The dining experience was an airport experience, so no harm there. I recommend this over sandwiches, bar food, or Panda Express any day.
The pizza tasted great but the service was horrible. The employee making the pizza was rude taking our order. Then we paid for it and realized we didn’t get charged for the substitution so we went up to say that and pay for it and the employee making the pizza was yelling at the cashier for not charging us and telling us (rudely) that we have to pay. We were fine paying for it as that is why we returned to the restaurant but to be disrespectful to the patrons and fellow coworkers was unnecessary and I would not return based on that alone.
Even for airport standards this was bad. Price aside because airports jack prices up, the quality was horrible. It was a tiny mishaped pizza cut so horribly that one of the slices slice was barley larger than my thumb (not exaggerating). The pizza was also soaked in grease and the toppings fell right off the pizza (cheese and all). The dough below the toppings was so moist and mushy, I could not finish it. Iwill probably be chastised by my Italian ancestors in the afterlife for even ordering this pizza. The international terminal sucks for food selection but whatever you do, do not go here.
This was the worst Airport food experience. I didn’t even get my food, but I paid for my food. They told me someone else took my order. Then I ask for a refund because my plane was leaving. She went in the back. Because she stated that were my receipt was. By far worst service, with no product.
Pizza was undercooked and burnt at the same time, expensive af for a tiny pizza. Below the 800 degree standards.
