All employees need a big attitude adjustment. I stood there until I had to say excuse me & their response was “were doing something.” Mind you I was the only customer there. They don’t even answer phone calls so idk how busy they can even get. All I want is my açaí bowls. No need for the rudeness or facial expressions. Leave that at home or just don’t work.
I hit up this place after a good work out at the gym. I ordered the Pyramid its a blended acai berry garnish with fruits and nuts in a cup as seen on the photo. It was fresh and delicious.
Why is the menu so difficult to see? Only the people standing directly in front of it can see the menu. Get a bigger menu. Display more menus. Why such a private tinny window on the wall?Employees should’ve walked themselves outside to gain a customers perspective.If I start noticing that all of these employees lack initiative, I’ll start assuming they’re underpaid. At that point I will refrain from visiting.

I wasn't a big fan of how much candied coconut they put in my acai bowl. Also the only size they have is 1/4 of a gallon so be prepared for that
The bowls are great, but wow the service is awful! If the were more efficient and a lot less rude, then I would come here all the time.
The acai bowls are great but damn they never pick up their phone. I always wanna call ahead but can't because they never pick up the phone.
