Online orders are pointless, it still takes them over 45 minutes to complete even when they’re not busy. Don’t recommend this location.
the staff is rubbish one that is in the lens fryer is rude and slow he is just talking and does not make orders quickly
The staff at this location is incompetent. Not just the current the staff, but mostly everyone they hire here. It may be the management or just poor hiring. The staff at this location will tell you they are no longer taking phone orders at 8pm, or that they can't take your order at the store at 9pm. If you call after 8pm they will ask you to hold and never get back to you. If you are at the store, make sure you pay attention to your order, they'll just let it sit there for a long time before calling you. Never a good customer service experience at this location.

I got there at 11:30 and right as I pull up she let out a girl who had food in her hand . Then locked the door and turn out the light and she totally ignored me... I want the stor mgr or corporate look into this . 12am they close not 11:30 I'd give a negative 5
I had ordered for pickup. My fries was soggy and was very salty. I had order lemon pepper and Cajun and it was over seasoned. It was too salty to eat. Straw was out of stock. I’m giving 5 stars for custom service only.
They delivered the wrong order and when my wife and I called, for more than 30 min straight, they never answered and cancelled our calls. I see similar complaints on here. Hope they fix it, but they probably won't.

This location is fully staffed and prompt in getting your orders. Wings a tasty and prepared adequately. My only negative response is the in convince of ordering the thighs. Thighs must be ordered on line only. Doesn’t make since to have to order separately and on line. I made the wing order in person why couldn’t I order the thighs in person.
Carlos is the man he had our order perfect and ready when it was supposed to be ..... My past experiences here wer not so good from mistakes in my order to bad service... Not this time Carlos knocked it out of the park
