Love the random doughnut designs they have for various events. Football, valentines, mother's day. They do a little bit of everything and it tastes good.
Everytime i go to that place is a homeless inside i think is only problem right there but talking about the place is good i reccomend you the green juice delicious
“The best Winchell’s ever! Clean, staff is cool, love it.”This review is edited from 5 stars to one star because I will never come back here anymore..Staff member sold me an item which they did not have at that moment. When I asked for a money back instead of choosing another item - he did not know how to process a refund. He tried to call somewhere to get the instructions. Then he left to the back station with my check on his hands without any explanations. I had no more time to wait in uncertainty. I had to leave without having my money back. So basically I lost it in winchells because the staff didn’t know what they had on sale, didn’t know how to process a refund and didn’t know how to communicate this situation with client. It impacted me emotionally and Financially because I don’t have a lot of money in this period of my life.. I would highly recommend to stop by at El Pollo Loco right next to winchells. I always had good experience with their staff and food is as fresh and good as in winchells.

Don't go here unless you want Covid I watch the guy in the back dig in his nose and then start picking up the donuts bare handed with no gloves I walked out so fast...no one wears gloves that were handling the money and the donuts without washing hands I'm done done bye....

Messed up my bagel sandwiches and manager refused to replace. Will not be going back. Treated me like a criminal. Intolerable. Make sure you check before you leave or they will not help you.
