I came here to pick up an order. I walked up to the lady and asked for the order and off the bat she gave me a stank attitude. Without even knowing the name of the pick up she told me it was not ready. I waited by where it said pickup order and like 7-10 mins of me standing there she yelled for me to wait for her by the bench rudely and loudly. I work through Uber yes but I don’t need or want to be treated like trash. I will not be taking any orders from here anymore and definitely tell my husband to stop eating here.
4/28/2022, I came to this restaurant for dinner, why? Because it was from the opposite restaurant, Dale's Dinner. That restaurant has terrible service. The environment here is very good, and the owner is very enthusiastic. The food was served very fast, faster than the average Vietnamese restaurant. And most importantly, the price is fair, and there are large and small bowls to choose from. This gives customers more flexibility. What I came to eat today is the small bowl of signature noodles. The music is also relatively soft and gentle, not loud noises, which will make the guests feel better.
Clean and very comfortable location. Most of the Phos come in two sizes, Regular and Large. The quality of the food is good and the choice of sauces is larger than most places I have been to.The prices are very reasonable. The only catch to this place is that is close to Long Beach Community College and with so many students, the parking is impacted.
Pho is all about the broth. Their broth has no flavor. Super nice staff. Great location. Need to work on the broth.
We’d driven by many times but never given this place a try. We ordered a half chicken and shrimp spring roll to go. When we got home, we realized it was a very small quarter chicken and our spring rolls had pork and shrimp even though the person taking the order confirmed shrimp only. Food was okay. People seemed nice. Would like to see more environmentally friendly packaging.
noodles were hard and it didn’t even taste good.i ordered three soups and they all came out with hard, rubbery noodles. i usually go to pho may and it’s always delicious but this place? ?i also contacted the place a little over an hour my purchase about the soup and he told me to microwave it. i did and it taste the same.we called again and he refused to give me a refund. the soups are not touched. no one is eating them! they won’t even give us a free meal. what a waste. this place has horrible customer service.i talked to ricky and lee. both claimed to be managers yet didn’t know how to deal with this problem.they’re cheap! this place is a no no.i am very disappointed.
Lee was extremely rude and refused to help me in anyway when I called about an order and received the WRONG food! Even the food i received was of low quality, tough noodles and barely flavored broth made the pho untouchable! I have never experienced such bad customer service…. They need some serious help save you're money folks.
Lee the manager did not want to give us our money back, because the noodles were rubbery. He kept telling us to warm up our pho that should already be warmed from a restaurant, this is so sad!! He kept saying that I didn’t call him back in two hours so he’s not voiding the order, I’ve worded at a place like this before and I even bought from this place before, the pho wasn’t like that. He proceeded to tell me that HE DOSENT CARE!! if we eat Somehwere else, and I was a loyal customer. Money could flip you , he was being very cheap. I want to give this place, NO STARS.Also Ricky and Lee both claimed to be the manager, they must be giving that title to anyone else bc Lee sounded so unsure while I was complaining to him, it’s busy season ,so give me my money back.
Really good Pho, the first time I had a veggie broth this good. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a comfort and tasty veggie option
Rare beef pho and vegetable egg rolls is what I had for lunch today. I got the large pho, it was enough for two people, but it was so good I ate the whole bowl. The egg rolls came with green leaf lettuce and fresh mint leaves and a dish of pickled carrots in sauce(duck sauce). Very satisfying and delicious. The price was high, but to be expected during this inflation period.
